For me, one of the big reasons that I think Rumble's numbers are inflated is the % of engagement. According to Playboard, Nick still gets high engagement from his viewers. He hits a 6% like rate and a 0.7% comment rate.

If you look at Rumble, he gets a 3% like rate and an abysmal 0.1% comment rate.

Even if we take his most successful Rumble show recently (before Rumble stopped promoting him), he got 97.3k views, with 1.08k likes and 75 comments (1.1% like rate and 0.007% comment rate). The same video on YouTube got 11k views with around 700 likes and 100 comments. Putting him basically at his average engagement rate.

It's not that I don't think what you're saying could happen, but I think that's more of a mega corp market place issue like with Amazon studying analytics of small brands that import products and then cutting them out only to license those same products directly. Rumble on the other hand doesn't really have that infrastructure or demand, so for them I don't believe they have a plethora of lawyers to feed Balldo's errant audience to, rather it's that Balldo is not only boring but also his modern take on things is contrary to the non coomerisms of Rumble.

Overly convoluted. Furthermore, Nick signed with rumble before Crowder and was never close to the same league as Via Frei or Barnes. Often the simplest answer is the correct one. He pissed away his success because of consumption problems and ego. All he had to do to maintain his audience was not degenerate into a substance abusing mess and do some trial streams here and there to maintain and expand his normie, true crime audience contingent.

I thank you both for your kindness in responding, but it is just what it is. My post was apparently a high-functioning turd, to such a point, I'm not even sure what is being interpreted of my scribes. It wasn't meant to imply "something happened", but that I can see where signing with Rumble for any Creator could be considered a non-starter if they're organically grown. Lesson to myself not to write such "fresh" thoughts before bed. My own fault in the end.


Consider this instead: Nick goes Captain Dipshit on Rumble, they may very well have some useful jabs to make out of their info to throw back in his face should he go in this direction. Or in the very least, embarrass him from a business POV in front of the remainders of a formerly diligent audience.

Remember, his signing was supposed to be during the heart of his Hero Arc. Look how that turned out. It can't be a good idea to go negative against a platform that theoretically was trying to save you from being dependent on a service adversarial to his channel.

By far the worst thing Nick has done is copying Ralph with the article read streams. They are what broke me, he felt it was a good idea to do it on a no-tie Branca stream when Branca had hyped up working as a mechanic in New Jersey and taking cocaine.

Which means rumble attempts at conversion are either shit on the get go or nick did a terrible job at it.

Nick is at fault for a lot of it. He made it clear rumble were 2nd and then 3rd class citizens and he just ignored the chat. During rittenhouse he didn't read rumble rants in context and many days just didn't read any at all.

The biggest change from lack of cutoff is that users in chat have tanked. Last 3 streams: 351->264->203. The chat file itself went from 685KiB->250KiB->156KiB. And chat messages: 6219->2136->1409. The first one was friday last week so it may be throwing off the numbers. Wonder what the floor is going to be....

Drexel grew up almost entirely around white people in the suburbs and really seems to hate black people. The other thing that Drexel often does is lean in to playing Nick's racial fantasies about black people. Drexel is as messed up as Nick is on these issues just in slightly different ways.

You want to know what really shocked me? I opened the Rekieta stream today to find that he didn't somehow read through the Supreme Court's 20 PAGE document that he started on yesterday's stream.
