please, stress, really emphasize to me just how useful the arbitrary links to every post you've ever made are. it's a really convincing argument. it cuts to the quick. it really makes me want to reply with a full and honest response. the site is simply navigable without them.

You own a car. You've been driving it for years. The cruise control button is on the steering wheel in reach of your thumb. Your car gets recalled and they move the cruise control button to be inside the center console because the owner of the company sperged out one day. You now have to open the center console and reach in to access the cruise control button.

This change is counter to the status quo and requires actual time and effort to implement. Effort is being put in to making the car less user friendly.

I fucking love seeing this happen, even if it's to other people. It's actually a source of entertainment. Even recently on the Rekieta thread there was a subtle, yet silent, war going on between two users who kept MATI each other the moment the post went live. It was petty and humorous. Luckily that will still happen provided people don't reduce interaction with the feature.

Now that the memes are done, I am irritated that a small percentile of the userbase were faggots enough to care and rage over their reaction notifications. It ruined it for people who were using them for other purposes than karma. Caring about the reactions you recieve in any more capacity than self-questioning yourself is retarded behavior and should be shamed.

I used them to gauge if what I said was retarded or not. I'm not a perfect person, and if I was rated dumb by another kiwi and they themselves do not have a positive reaction score, then I know not to bother since everyone else seemed not to care. If a kiwi rated me dumb and they were in the positive, I would observe my post and any replies and see what I did wrong (and try and correct myself). This is how you improve yourself, and failing to do so only to rage about the stickers gets you made fun of, as much as a cow that continues to be their worst. This is how it works anywhere. The fact people who don't even deserve to be called kiwis run off to DMs just so they don't get negated is so fucking retarded that it almost leaves me speechless. You, a farmer, calling lolcows retarded, afraid of a little negativity from others? It is mind-blowing these people survived long enough to even sign up in this case.

I understand Null wants these people to run off the site since they do degrade the quality of our farms. I do not mind the change in the reactions, I disabled alerts awhile ago and just check up on the recieved page occasionally because the notifications from reactions was more annoying than helpful. While I am not a huge fan of their removal, I understand the reason and it is not a big enough change that would prevent me from continuing to use the site. Getting all angry and protesting about it is man-baby behavior.

My only complaint now is that Josh should have just used this time to work on Sneedforo instead. I hate Xenforo with a passion.
