i don't know very much about the comicsgate people, but of all the things i've seen and heard about the eric july "drama" nothing contained any actual reason for why they're mad at him.
every time it just seems like they are trying to attack and mock the guy in a mean spirited way, but i never saw any of them mention anything he actually said or did that could be construed as the cause for all of this.

the "official" reason they give is that his comic book sucks because he used premade assets, or something like that. but that seems really laughable to me, nobody gets this much of a a hateboner for a guy over such a boring and mundane nothingburger of a reason
