They then went in a different direction with Horizon Zero Dawn, but that was still a GREAT game despite its woke elements. I really jived with the Tech Bros causing the robot apocalypse thing. And the concept of family and motherhood was genuinely heartfelt and tugged at the feels.

Then they released Horizon Forbidden West.

And too add final insult to injury they made her fucking gay. A complete slap to the face from the other games themes of just how important motherhood and family is. Nah, throw that out the window for a virtue signal about being LGBTQBBQ in the post apocalypse.

I supsed DEI consultants had alot too do with it. The themes between the first and second games were jarring. The quality was worse too. Nothing was improved on with the game play. It was the exact same shit, but worse.

I dont know whether to be proud or annoyed that the farms are the new /v/ for mainstream media when discussing "toxic gaming culture"

On that, I think what most non gamers perceive the gaming community to be is (ironically) stereotypical, angry, sexually repressed needs that hate women. When in my experience most of my gamer friends are really open and kind people that not once have said a slur into a microphone. If they want representation of what gamers want in games hire gamers that don't only play indie depression allegory games or animal crossing.
I don't care if you hire black, white, gay, straight, etc. just stop writing like you want to end stereotypes by playing off of others.

There's a difference I think between gay people and faggots. Most of these people are faggots.

I find it hilarious that Webring and 8chan.moe had been such a bust that the journos haven't even mentioned them, despite them being the closest oldguard ties to the original movement. Not like it wouldn't be a good opportunity for a hitpiece, with all the drama they've had, it's just that they're no longer relevant enough to even talk about anymore. Just look how dead their thread here is in the community watch subforum.

Kiwi Farms is much more relevant than both 4chan and 8chan/webring so that's the next target/boogeyman. I think that officially ends that debate.

Knew that scumbag would be mentioned. Him lusting over Love Live girls was already a red flag. The "cunny" aspect gives me credence that he even plays Blue Archive, a game and fanbase very known for "cunny-posting".
