My basic observation for the future, is that they will continue but in different names and make sure to tone the things down which only a few people can notice and if they speak out, they will be laughed out of town and these business will continue. Because why?

All these consultation firms are actually "vendors" and the companies management are always notorious to create "conflict of interesr" between one another, basically they create collusions to launder and steal away shareholder money and investment. These also are the perfect conduits to lower rax because if a bad sale happens they can easily put one of their loss as tax deductible and drive off to the sunset with their car loaded with cash like Bobby Kodnick. Games will suck only and only if developers start being developers and not corpos. Why is it that companies who have still bad sales dont manage to go down? Even dead beat companies like media houses? Because in my theory most of these game companies already have back hand deal with major shareholders and everything is planned in a long term plannish manner, they simply "plan" their sales and production which is already pre financed, after everything goes down they either double down if they feel there is a possibility the product they made will sell or will do "scrapping" which means simple devouring of game developers like violation, edios, respawn.

In short game companies are now simply a scam and a carnival clown level at this point. The bigger share holders with names and management team are nothing but grade A theives who are only there to steal money from us and the public shareholder who are small the fishes. They use ESG and other clowns like Anita Sarkesian and sweet baby fags because they are "useful idiots" and allow them to get away with henious shit which goes from stealing money to raping and torturing their own employees especially women who are silenced by the H.R.

I should add that the death of emulation is already basically a foregone conclusion as of Nintendo's lawsuit against Yuzu, and there is not a single indie game that isn't pozzed trannified garbage anyway. Good things are not allowed to exist in CY+9.

You should also add that none of these cases were actually won. None of them set legal precedent, all of them were settlements or plea deals.

Here's the funny thing Nintendo always thinks they can win by fucking with the little guy and getting him to settle or take a plea deal.

The problem is that they are playing for all the marbles if they lose. A precident against them in these fields would be devastating to them. Imagine if private key emulation were not only allowed in the U.S., but backed by precident or smash tournaments were backed by precident. There would be nothing they could do but threaten people with legal action and bankruptcy. Damages which could be proven and counter sued for.

From what I understand blackrock bought a companies stock at a percentage above market price depending on esg but it turns 30% of zero is zero and buying stocks that inevitably fail is expensive. Blackrock has lost a fifth of their liquid assests and are trying to rebrand ESG(it's brand toxic) as bridge initiatives. This will also include efforts to inject DEI deeper into company culture in the belief that DEI is failing due to insufficient faith in the process.
