I'm firmly of the position that cosmetic surgery should be banned completely. I would exempt medically necessary treatments if I could work out a way to do it that wouldn't give troons a stinkditch-sized loophole to squeeze through, but they so desperately claim that their surgeries are "life-saving" that it would end up as an exception without purpose. The simple fact is, "cosmetic surgery" has been destroying lives with shoddy "treatments" for decades. It preys on the weakness and vulnerability of people who can't cope with their own mortality and age, and promises them long life and eternal youth if they just take one more turn under the butcher's knife. Troonery is just the latest iteration of the scam.
