My hope is that lolicons view their fetish as being inline with shit like rape fantasies. As in, it stays in the head or in artwork, maybe a roleplay session with a consensual adult at worst but that's it. They recognise it as a fetish they should NEVER try to recreate. I suppose the main issue though is that creation of rape-fantasy media would not be inherently unethical if both adults consent, but for lolicons, if their shit goes past cartoons then it is inherently unethical (unless you're Vaush that is).

I think this is the perfect distillation of Senuti not understand why being a lolicon is bad. He thinks it might have something to do with how people look, you can tell a 5 year old is a child, but a high schooler may look like an adult. Senuti, the reason age of consent exists is because we as a society believe that kids are dumb and emotional and impulsive, and therefore are not seen stable or smart enough to have sex until the age of consent, a period of time where it's generally recognized that a person is smart, less impulsive, and emotionally stable enough that they can have sexual relations with whoever they choose. Your sexual attraction to depictions is plain pedophilia. Just like that one pipe isn't a pipe, it is still a depiction of one, and your sexual attraction to depictions of minors is no different than being sexually attracted to minors.
