No fucking way. He'll get away with this too if its a civil case, given what's been posted so far she seems to be pretty easily intimated by him. He could easily get her to drop the charges unless she's got a support network.

He's probably going to get probation. Domestic Disorderly is a basic bitch charge. Its akin to reckless driving. He'll go to traffic court, judge will order him to pay a fine and attend anger management class. The end.

Sounds like it's intended for non-incest cases where a man bones both a mother and daughter where all participants are consenting. But fire sounds better anyway.
