That why I say she need to get a good husband look out for her and should stay in the kitchen. A husband are usually the one that take the time and have iron willed in a relationship. Not only that she is 21, her frontal lobe is not fully develop at this time and will make irrational decision, which is not surprising what she is doing at that young age. This is a good time for her to rewire her brain and fixed her life with a good husband.

You are not very optimistic when a young girl is just 21 years old who just have mental issue or gotten married to a girl at that age being a full time husband looking out for her. Hopefully she turn her life around.

Honestly depending on wheither or not abuse substances during their teens and early 20s . I have seen people with simple anxiety disorders that they medicated with weed to blow up into full blown paranoia and various related disorders.

Bdp is up there with narcism in disorders resistant to treatment. Very few manage them well . I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy children. People who suffer the most aren't the bdp patient but their families and children who get the worst of it from the disease .

She's not going to change. She's addicted to the chaos of the world she lived in and now it'll drive her insane with her father gone. This isn't the end. She's going to continue this cycle. She'll probably dump Darius again to find a new surrogate Daddy-like figure to cling to. Her mind is completely broken and she'll forever be in this cycle. It's only a matter of time before an Ethan Ralph tier silver-haired male sweeps her off her feet and we're off to the races again. As the tag says, You're Gonna Carry That Gunt and Grace always will. Her chances at a normal life died years ago. That's all assuming he even goes to prison at all...

While I agree it's probably not appropriate for a penniless transient who's currently traveling across multiple states, PR bond is perfectly reasonable in cases where someone does ongoing business in or is otherwise financially and socially tied to a local community in ways you can reasonably expect to collect on in the event of flight, and the cost imposed would be sufficiently motivating to outweigh the seriousness of the potential sentence.

While we take it for granted as a feature of the system because it's the way we've been doing for as long as anybody has been alive and there's a common law precedent, there's at least an academic question as to the constitutionality of imposing a bail in the first place (In practice this is just an area where some hypocrisy is a necessary evil for the legal system to function at all. Yes everyone is innocent until proven guilty, but some innocent people are more jailed than others) and any possibility that the impact can be reduced on a person who is, at the time bail is set, not proven to have committed a crime, should be explored fully.

Assault = threatening bodily harm
Battery = actually harming somebody

This was battery.

hate to be pedantic but we also have to be accurate. Grace never saw darius as father figure. she sees him as something like a younger brother. them meeting up was an attempt at making friends outside of her family. her discord was criticizing her alot for not having a social circle. darius tried twice to hit on her and failed every time.
