Honestly her skin looks pretty damn good, it's the trashfire make-up she insists on wearing that's so alarming.

Every other issue aside (aside from that, Mrs. Lincoln...), Jill is not an unattractive woman and she's got great skin genes as we've seen from her mom.

Edit: Also, Tim's writing is pretty good for someone with minimal education. Definitely showing his sheltered-ness ("arcade place") but not nearly as worrisome as Kaylee.

I hate to admit it but for her age and how many kids she has all things considered Jill looks pretty good. Now her make up and clothing choices on the other hand.. For someone who preaches modesty her make up looks very 80's movie hooker like..

Some folks have been wondering if Jill's silent downtime was an indication of Blessing #14 possibly being on the way.

Jill is typically the type to announce the second the early pregnancy test is positive, especially since she's been dying to be pregnant at the same time as Nurie, so take all this with a grain of salt. She has been looking a bit thicker around the middle lately, and one of the photos she took with "the natives" looks like the cruise ship worker is putting her hand on Jill's stomach deliberately.


Here's a couple of the more sus photos she's posted in the past couple weeks, looking rather rounded or wearing loose, long tops instead of her beloved "t-shirt blouses".




But here is one of her sitting down where she looks pretty flat in the middle, so who knows.

I'm pretty sure Jill has already hit menopause so I'd be surprised (and horrified) if she was actually pregnant. I think the most recent SEVERE miscarriage was just a false positive from menopause-related hormone fluctuations.

Speculation is all over the place, from he was failed out of the school for being illiterate, to he was getting too friendly with the "natives", as Jill calls them.

She's what, 45, 46? Early side for menopause, but definitely on the lower fertility side. Don't make me think about Jill and her monkey-headed husband having sex 80 times/month to ttc.

Fr, though, any tummy roundness is likely just a little chunk, which at or near menopause often finds a comfy home in the belly area. And Jill seems to carry her weight lower typically, so she might be/act self-conscious about any belly.

And I agree with others she looks good in these pics. Her makeup remains tragic, as always, but her face looks good. Too bad she used the whole family dental budget on herself, though.

(Sorry for the double post, mobilefag) I actually learned this recently- as long as it hasn't been a full year since the start of menopause, you can absolutely get pregnant while on it. I hope beyond hope its been over a year.

Lent is definitely a Big Deal in some prot denoms, but the more 'communion is grape juice and any rando can preach' you get, the less important it's likely to be. I'm guessing they will still be enthusiastically celebrating the feast at the end of the fast, though.

I can't imagine that's the only effect of having all those kids. I wonder about all the health issues these Quiverfull moms with 10+ kids must have from it. I don't doubt Jill has spent $$$$ on dental care for herself, for example.

It'll be interesting to see how people like JillRod and Meech Duggar age (though I don't doubt they'll try to keep any serious health problems they have from crapping out so many kids so close together a secret, can't let anyone know the Quiverfull lifestyle is anything but sunshine and rainbows).
