Things used to be so much different though. We are really fucking up at a societal level, not just personal.
We used to grow up with sports, and no computers, obviously no mobiles. Far less junk food. Far fewer sugars. Life used to be active. You did not have to strive for "my 10k daily steps".
Even progressive outlets know this.
The whole society basically needs an intervention now, and obesity, fatness in general needs to be re-ostracized and denormalized. There are some niche cases with real endocrinological issues, that require empathy and specialized medical care, but the vast, vast majority of fats in our age are that way because of the food they eat (I am guilty of that too), how much of that they eat, and how completely sedentary their lives are. For example, getting some of my patients on a spin bike at a SLOWWWWWWWWW cadence is a near miracle. People tell their surgeons they have been active and doing sports, and when questioned further that means a 30 mins walk and 10 mins of weight training with 1kg dumbbells, once/week.
70s-ish below, 80s were similar, 90s somewhat similar, and then the whole thing is speedrunning downhill at lightspeed.

yea true, but lots of things are harder for different people for different reasons. I'm sure incels are more fucked up mentally, that doesn't mean they have an excuse necessarily either, as marge would be more than happy to tell you.

Curious as to how they financed this house. Marge appears to be a stay at home mom (?), so that would mean that the sole income is from her husband. Her husband graduated from college in 2015. This is confirmed from multiple sources including a commencement video from SLC. If you mess around with home financing Calculators you discover that financing the house that they bought in 2019 typically suggests a salary over the national median of a lot of engineering degrees.
This starts to not make a ton of sense when you realize that marge apparently has a bachelors in biology (?), and her husband some other degree from a not particularly competitive small liberal arts college. I'm not saying it isnt impossible, but I dont see how we're approaching salaries 4 years after bachelors that a physician finished with residency begins to make, unless finances are stretched pretty thin. This is also assuming zero debt from either of them.

I continued to row for the 4 years post-college. It was fun, but we rowed on the Harlem. It's a tidal river, the direction would change twice a day. If you were unlucky, you could be fighting a significant headcurrent trying to get back to the dock, every stroke just making up for the distance the river shoved you.

I also don't think anyone in this photo looks obese or even fat. We met six times a week to work out early in the morning, and rowed in the Connecticut sound. It was beautiful. Doing this repeatedly for a year lifted me out of depression and gave me a good bit of functional strength to show for it. You guys are just coombrained and retarded. I sometimes talk about the effects of hormones on the body in the tranny forum. I've also discussed the effects of hormones in pregnancy. No. Alex has a tendency to break out with these spots when he's stressed. It is an autoimmune problem, once his cortisol and etc. jump, his mast cells think he's being infected with something and they release a bunch of lytic ligands which locally break down his skin and patches of eczema and erosions appear on his face and scalp. He was tested for HP1 but it was negative. Be happy you do not have this condition.

My skin is pretty trouble free, though.
