To start this off, I am a binary MAN of trans experience in a long-term relationship with a very queer cis guy (let's just call him Joe).

I got a dick not too long ago and I fucking love it but Joe has been making some really disgusting comments about my dick and saying keeps talking about hurting it/ripping it off or otherwise nasty things happening to it since I got the surgery.

Joe was always very supportive of the idea and encouraged me to get phallo because he knew how much I wanted it until I got it. Admittedly, my dick is very not cis passing and it has taken a lot of therapy, radical self-love, and sharing thoughts with other men of trans experience to get me to the point I am today with it.

First, it started off with Joe making jokes about my dick falling off at the gym and "showing everyone your gaping (very crude term for old anatomy)" which made me severely dysphoric and gave me a panic attack.

I told him that's just out of order and he apologized sincerely (at least I thought so). Then he would make comments about my dick looking like a punching bag and how he wants to kick it in but he tried to shut down my discomfort by saying it's just "humor between bros" and said he makes these jokes about his cis friends.

He kept fake boxing my cock and he won't touch it except to make jokes about it or put it next to his dick to take "comparison pictures" (???) and he keeps talking about how he wants to rip it off/blow it up ""as a joke"". He's also compared my penis to a "giant tampon" (????) and says it stinks like fish.

Today, I found Joe's laptop left open and checked his group chat discussions with his other cis male friends and he was making jokes about hurting my penis in there too, and talking in detail about "missing their phat creamy c*nt" yup fucking disgusting and he used they/them for a binary man of trans experience for absolutely no reason too.

I haven't been able to face him knowing that he speaks about my severely cripplingly dysphoric body in that way. This sent me into a huge panic attack and I've shut myself in my room.

I'm honestly just floored, I've been with this guy for 10+ years and we were talking about marriage. I don't know what to do. I don't feel safe. I knew he did have an edgy sense of humor but this is just ghastly and fucked up.

I'm not sure what to do if I leave him as he owns our house and supports me financially. I'm not sure where I'd go, I'm self-employed at the moment and don't make much money from it. I spent almost all of my savings on getting this life-saving surgery.

We currently live in the same house together and I'm not sure where I'd go since this is his house. I'm still crying right now after seeing the comments he made in his group chat, they were very graphic and disturbing. I feel like locking up my room so he can't get in. He always talked about seeing me as a strong, powerful man, an adonis, and now I don't know what to think.

WOW. The San Francisco-based gender surgery clinic Align Surgical has just scrubbed “phallus-preserving vaginoplasty,” “vagina-preserving phalloplasty,” and “nullification” from the genital surgery offerings on its website. See screenshots of before and after.

This comes after my article for @CityJournal on the @TheEndoSociety appointing Align Surgical’s Dr. John Pang to its guideline update committee, and @shellenberger and @_CryMiaRiver’s WPATH files expose in which Align Surgical’s founder, Dr. Thomas Satterwhite, features prominently.

A trans woman has revealed her horrific ordeal as she suffered internal injuries on her journey home from having gender reassignment surgery in Turkey — and it has left her needing emergency NHS treatment.

Shona travelled from her home in Lancashire to Izmir to complete her transition.

It was a success until she had to travel home with a piece of surgical equipment still in place, she claims.

After the op, Shona was travelling home to the Blackpool area through three airports — Izmir, Istanbul and Manchester.

She says she booked assistance at all three but no one was there to help her around the airport with her bags or up and down the steps of the two planes she needed to get home.

It meant Shona carried her suitcases across the airports while her dilator — a plastic or silicone device used to prevent shrinkage following male to female surgery — was inserted.

She said she was exhausted by the time she reached Manchester, telling her followers: 'No assistance was there and I had to walk through passport control, lift my suitcases off the belt and push them to the train station.

'I then got a train to Preston and had to carry my cases up and down stairs myself. I then got a taxi and was met by my wife at the front door.

'In all that time I was walking I had my dilator inside me which has caused damage to the new left labia.'

Shona added: 'I have seen a doctor and they have referred me to St George's Hospital in London to try to fix the problem.

'There were no issues until I had to walk with this dilator inside me.

'I don't want people to judge me over what has happened, it is now about healing and me getting better.

She said: 'Last night I had to be rushed into A&E at Blackpool Vic (Blackpool Victoria Hospital) due to a high temperature and being off food for a few days.

'It was found my labia had become infected and needs debriding. The doctor is taking me down to clean it all up, however the hole is still open.

'Other than that everything is OK and these things happen. I will not be the first and I will not be the last person that this has happened to.
However, she wasn't meant to walk with the device inside her and despite booking medical assistance Shona says she was forced to carry her luggage herself on her journey home which ended up causing serious internal injuries

After gender reassignment surgery patients are required to use a dilator to prevent a process known as 'stenosis' - the shortening or contracting of the new vaginal cavity.

The London Transgender Clinic - one of the UK's leading private hospitals - advises patients: 'The stretching effect from vaginal dilation can prevent wound contraction, in addition to providing optimal elasticity of the vaginal walls to accommodate penetration.

'Without adequate and consistent dilation, the skin inside the vagina will shrink and contract, which may ultimately lead to shortening and/or narrowing of the vaginal canal; this is known as stenosis.'

Shona has revealed that she will be returning to Turkey today for further surgery to repair the damage done.

She said work carried out at an NHS hospital had removed too much healthy skin so surgeons in Izmir would be working to rectify the damage.

Shona told her followers in an updated TikTok: 'They took away too much healthy skin on my wound so unfortunately I am now having to return to Turkey where they will take me back to theatre again to repair the damage and keep me there for a week on bed rest.

'I will have assistance again at Manchester airport, they have confirmed it and made sure it is on the list when I get there.'

She thanked her followers for their support, saying: 'You have been a major part of my journey and it has been amazing to have you there.'

Jamie Raines, aka Jammidodger, has come out with a 21 minute long video detailing her bottom surgery. Recall a few years ago, Exulansic made a video on her where Jamie had severe complications such as an artery bursting. Jamie has undergone metoidioplasty, meaning she has an enlarged clitoris that functions as a dick, and got her labia inflated to serve as balls - that are filled with silicone. She is married to Shaba, an Indian woman whose parents only accepted her lesbian marriage once Jamie 'came out' as a man. I'll describe the video below.

0:40 - Jamie begins talking about transphobes and their assumptions, saying they are 'saying very strange things'. States in January of 2018, she had first stage metoidioplasty.
1:15 - Begins talking about complications.
1:48 - Describes being 'very nervous' about the surgery, yet also felt the 'very strong need' to do it.
2:14 - Discusses how there was a 'lot of swelling down there'. And it wasn't minor. It was very pressurized. She describes it as a 'whole mound of swell down there'.
2:30 - Doctor recommended wrapping it tightly and putting an ice pack on it.
2:52- The ice pack and dressings (read: tape) did not work.
2:58 - The surgeon who performed the surgery did not bother to stay to check Jamie's progress. They went on holiday. They only returned to check Jamie's condition - and not even in person. Another person from the surgical team had to do the wellness check.
3:08 - The enlarged meta-clit has to be drained.
3:20 - A section of the stitch on her right side had to be 'unpicked'. Without anesthetic.
3:38 - The surgeon squeezed her nether regions, and she states that a literal cupful of 'black jam' came out.
4:14 - States it caused her a lot of emotional difficulty then, but it is easier now since it's been six years.
5:00 - Dressings were put in the open wound. Jamie says they were 'packed in'. Inside and outside. Ice pack is applied again. Jamie is left there to see if the swelling goes down.
5:27 - When the nurse goes to change the dressings, a spurt of blood comes out. The jet of blood goes past the bed and onto the floor. Jamie at the time found it 'horrifying'.
5:56 - Swelling returns. Jamie has difficulty in the bathroom. Blood continues to seep out.
6:03 - Jamie needs emergency exploratory surgery to see what is wrong.
6:08 - An artery has been nicked. This is the issue Exulansic made a video on - the 'Artery of War', I believe it was called.
6:25 - Jamie spends a week in the hospital vs the two days that is normal.
6:39 - She describes defecating as 'weird'.
7:20 - Jamie describes being 'shaken up' by the experience. Has flashbacks and everything.
8:10 - Mostly her describing about how it's normal to be nervous about surgery and how she absolutely does not regret getting the surgery.
8:15 - She emotionally struggled with the complications.
8:29 - Pulls the 'any surgery can have complications' cope.
8:47 - Here is where Jamie is referencing Exulansic. She does not mention Sierra by name, because Sierra is a 'nasty transphobic person'. By 8:55 Jamie says she never watched the video and 'cannot remember who it was', which means Jamie was actively looking for videos criticizing her. Earlier, she stated her video was public for years, with no criticism or reactions, and only recently was there a negative reaction. Exulansic's channel was small, if you remember, and you'd have to actively look for her. That, or someone tipped Jamie off.
8:58 - My latter suspicion was confirmed. Someone told Jamie about it, and Jamie never watched the video.
9:10 - Jamie states there was no problem for five years until Exulansic's video was made. By 9:17 Jamie is getting 'transphobic' comments on Twitter for her very public metoidioplasty escapade.
9:46 - Jamie is all excited about the book (that is very likely ghost written, as Jamie admitted she doesn't like writing very much) and then brings up a quote retweet on how Jamie doesn't talk a lot about her bottom surgery. Jamie takes umbrage with this. At 9:52, Jamie complains about being misgendered.
10:07 - Jamie wonders how anyone could know what was in her book because it wasn't released yet. Pirated copies exist, Jamie.
10:20 - Jamie really wants you to buy her book. I wholly suggest pirating it.
10:32 - Jamie says that she talks about surgical complications in her book, with an emphasis on her own complications. Overall, is very flippant over an artery being nicked by a surgeon to enlarge her clitoris.

11:52 - 'It was one spurt' - It was a nicked artery. The treatment was to put an ice pack on it. Before, she says the gunk that came out of her junk was a cupful of 'black jam'. Figured I'd bring that up again.

12:57 - Complains that trans surgeries are held to an 'unattainable standard'. States that if there are any complications, it just justifies the reasons for people to be transphobic.
13:19 -13:30 - Says trans surgeries are a 'necessary surgery' and there's a less than 1% regret rate.
13:35 - States the general regret rate for surgery in general is 14%, therefore trans surgeries are fine.
13:40 - Wants trans surgeries to stop being held to unattainable standards (x2). States the risks are the same as regular surgery.
13:50 - Says tooth fillings come with risks, but 'you don't see bigots on the Internet shouting about it'. Probably because they aren't getting their clitoris enlarged to become a 3 inch dick, Jamie.
14:10 Says she does not promote trans related surgery due to another response on her video.

TLR Jamie had an artery nicked during metoidioplasty, had a hematoma that bled so much she filled a cup filled with black 'jam', and insists that anyone who says this is pretty fucking dangerous is a transphobe who is 'embellishing' what happened. Also says this isn't a trans-related surgery, but just a surgery. Says no one is trying to ban dentistry. I don't recall having to experience a nicked artery getting a tooth filling, Jamie.

Most people treat minor bleeding wounds with a bandaid and antiseptic, Jamie. Maybe elevating it and resting a bit if it's a real "owie" .

I get that she's got to do the obligatory "I regret NOTHING!!" shit to be a tranny in good standing, but a nicked artery and black, jammy gunk from your mangled junk that resulted in fucking exploratory surgery sounds pretty damn horrific, "trans related" surgery or not.
