And it was apparently because some edits involved Nazis, and the conclusion they came to is, Sophie must be Jewish, or why would people edit the strips to have Hitler/Nazis/Jews? Knowing her open dislike for Jews and Israel made that pretty funny.

Seems the fans only got upset because they thought the antisemitism was mocking Sophie. Who isn't Jewish at all. Of course they wouldn't see the parallels between Nazis and the SJW garbage they spout constantly. They cared about Jews for the 10 minutes they thought Sophie might have been one.
