Well, they say success is the best revenge. I think July deserves much credit by winning this largely through constructive measures, and not destructive ones. One of the criticisms of SJWs is they only know how to destroy things. Kinda makes you pause and think about CGs tactics as of late.

EVS doesn't want a functional, profitable comic book company, he wants to sit around streaming all day. It's ironic how Ethan pretends to be humble while accusing July of having a huge ego when July surrounds himself with the most skilled people he can afford whereas EVS surrounds himself with sycophants. Ethan would rather be the lord of the trash heap than risk not being the undisputed Comicsgate King by hiring people that could be more talented than he is. The consistent pattern with EVS is that he'll find any excuse to defend someone on "his side" when they're a small fry but as soon as they surpass him he'll find some excuse to turn on them. He did it with Doug, he's doing it with Eric and if he somehow still has an audience after repeated failure to deliver then he'll do it with whoever the next successful Comicsgate-adjacent creator is.
