Girls still generally get boobs well before they turn 18. I think everyone know that. Minor girls aren't adults no matter how developed they are.

I always just assumed she got megaraped by pedophiles and it broke her brain or something. I still hold higher expectations for everyone else who didn't get megaraped by pedophiles.

Yes but calling seventeen-year-olds "children" is not how the English language is generally used, it's strange and out of place. Old mate isn't a pedophile for pointing this out.

You typically have boobs long before age 17.

You typically get them before you start high school. Calling middle schoolers (and younger) adults is a lot worse than calling them children (and I would hope most people would raise an eyebrow a lot more at someone calling them adults than children)

Ironically, traditional/religious social norms are the ones best suited and often explicitly designed to address this sort of thing. Women who dress modestly in a highly religious community will not be catcalled. But if you suggest this, people like Femoid Faptor will screech about muh handmaids tale.
