This leads to emboldened cows that realize so long as they don't get arrested they can push the envelope and be a public nuisance. Not that it's unlike the west where the same thing happens. People don't confront the cow thus they get bolder but in general people are way more hands off here.

I have seen maybe 1 or 2 physical confrontations in my life between a sperg and a regular person. It really depends on time or place.

Imma be real, a good chunk of mentally ill people in this country would qualify as an lolcow. Shoot, there are people who sperg out here about things like the use of coal power (which I say is valid) and all.

Well to be fair I think part of the problem is a lack of police involvement in issues where they should be involved (when it comes to cows ofc). People like to talk about the Japanese conviction rate in a way that makes it seem like a police state but in reality the police here have this "civil dispute" rule where unless something meets certain criteria it's a civilian issue and the police can't get involved or at least by law they shouldn't but sometimes they do. So if some mental person goes out on the street and starts disturbing the peace the police probably won't come out to ask them to leave. There are many issues regarding people with mental disorders being allowed to harass others. Much of it has to do with the reluctance from police to confront insane people who cannot be committed. There is a simultaneous problem of police constantly being dragged into petty neighborhood conflict and police being unwilling to intervene when it is actually necessary.

Insane behavior being ignored or tolerated is not unique to Japan though.

Indeed. I suppose this place is a good location to talk about Japanese weirdos so. The Japanese communist party is interesting in that it's organized yet completely a mess at the same time. Their ideology is an unsustainable radical pacifism and neutrality which entails the eventual dismantling of all military forces in Japan and isolating themselves from external politics because they also denounce the CCP. Most of the JCP are old and borderline senile. Every person at the top of the party inevitably gets wrapped up in some scandal. Most the time they do something dumb, someone says "wow you guys suck communists are worthless" and the JCP responds with "wow you're punching down, the LDP is clearly an authoritarian government" but they never do anything because they believe in the "peaceful revolution" where everyone will one day just vote them in. Sometimes outside of stations you'll see them demonstrating or campaigning and it's always out of touch because JCP party members haven't worked a day in their lives. Half of all professional JCP members are lolcows that people dunk on constantly.

Hironori is an engineer, and a father of 4 daughters who runs a place called "Aso karakuri Kenkyu-jo(阿蘇カラクリ研究所)".
In this place, you can see some of his weird experimental inventions. You can borrow some of his works with money for party and stuff.
These are all gimmicks and got no actual use or whatsoever. Many of these look really creepy.
His works were promoted on well known TV show Nanikore-Chinhyakkei. A TV show about going to weird places and interviewing weird people from all over Japan.

Hioronori made a post on X and said that he's now under investigation of "federal organization". Which could be actual law enforcement or something like child protection. They checked his computer. Every single member of his family were sldo questioned by them individually.
He says that "Imprisonment, ostracization from my neghbors, whatever the hell going to happen to me, I don't care. I understand that my inappropriateness is the main source of this problem. But what are you gonna do if they didn't find me guilty of any crimes?"

Japan has a bit of a weird dichotomy with cows. On the one hand, their extreme non-confrontational culture is antithetical to the narcissistic kind of cows we see in the West. If you act like a moron in public for attention, Japanese won't give you that attention and will instead silently judge you. It's part of the reason why the tranny stuff has refused to take off there despite all of our NGO friends' best efforts. When society isn't giving troons "validation" every second, there's no longer any point to trooning.

But on the other hand, their non-confrontational culture means absolutely insane schizocows that would have been locked in a psych ward in America get to walk free and do all sorts of crazy stuff in public because no one has the balls to stop them. Shit, I didn't expect Karasumaniki to be somewhat involved in this shitstorm. I hope he won't be involved to deep and that this won't affect his video making in the future. He's my favorite JP YouTuber, and I've been following him since even before he became kusoge hunter and mainly uploaded Gundam VS videos, with the Gundam 0079: War for Earth being the first of his video that hooked me. That was 2018, iirc. Also, he is my gateway to the world of Japanese memes and lolcows. If not for him and Arino-kacho's Game Center CX, my Japanese probably won't be as good as it is now.

He is similar to AVGN in that he play and review kusoge, mainly those from Japan, but also some western games like Big Rigs and Superman 64. He even quoted AVGN in his video of the latter's. But unlike AVGN, he never reveal his face, and just show edited game footages with memes inserted here and there. He mainly use text to speech for narration, but usually closing the video with his own voice. He also stream the game he's gonna review for audiences to see it unedited, and sometimes just doing 雑談 or casual talk.

I think his strong point is on editing and timing of inserting memes. He can play the most boring kusoge ever, and then edited it to be a review video that can make your sides fly away.
