I disagree, it depends on what it's defined as. Websters currently defines " white supremacy" as:

the belief that the white race is inherently superior to other races and that white people should have control over people of other races

This doesn't specify violence, but it's close enough to your description because I suppose "control" could entail violence. However, there's conveniently no entry for black supremacy, but Wikipedia defines it in its article as:

Black supremacy or black supremacism is a racial supremacist belief which maintains that black people are inherently superior to people of other races.

This is closer to what I consider the proper definition of white supremacy to be, just obviously swap the instances of the word "black" for "white". There's no violence or oppression involved, just an opinion, which is fine to hold.
