I'd like to see them basically invoke ww2-era propaganda-style demonization of japan all because the japanese dared to ask what happened.

Can't help you, sorry. I found it from a long list of nested tweets about the SBI drama and using translate on twitter, I wouldn't know how to find it again since I don't moonrune.
