Well I'll be damned. There are a lot of variables here but, for now, it looks like Phil has some place that he's staying indoors.

Yeah, so, that's my current theory. There are a couple reasons for this, but take this with a grain of salt: I'm not privy to insider information and only know what Phil has said or we've deduced.

1. Phil refuses to get section 8 housing, per comments to Vanessa Gonzales
2. Phil has no credit or rental history, and has defaulted on bills in the past
3. Phil claims Cascadia is housing him, but they only have openings in shared communities or in retard living centers where people are monitored
4. Phil has been crashing with people regularly while pretending to be homeless

The first two are certainly out. The third one is a possibility if he sucked up his pride and will follow their rules and go to therapy sessions and take his medicine and abide by curfew.

The last one is most likely. He could be shacking up with someone like AJ Luxton or some other retard who owns the place and is letting him pay pennies for rent to help out a starving and homeless vulnerable young woman.

He doesn't strike me to be the type of person who actually wants things to go smoothy. I'm sure inside of two weeks he'll be forced out because of some drama beyond his control and screaming into the either at 2am again.

Definately not Cascadia. A bit of research shows that their housing is well below the standard of living that place looks to have.

It's got to be someone letting him stay there. A 1 bedroom apt in Portland is going to be anywhere from $700 to $1200 a mo. He's gonna need lots of asspat donators and gov. cheese to keep that up.

Plus, it doesn't look much like income restricted housing. Not with private carports like that and the quality of a couple of those vehicles is just a bit too new looking. Especially the Toyota or Honda looking SUV thing.
