I agree. Although their brand of comedy is the same, their delivery and artstyles are so different that unless Redpanels somehow got infinitely better at drawing comics and constructing a joke in a manner of months, there's just no way these two dudes are the same guy. Plus, I've seen a few other posters in this thread claiming that they've heard both guys and that they sound nothing alike.
