He's making a rhetorical argument using an uncomfortable hypothetical but he's clearly against forcing Ukrainian men to fight and die in a war against Russia, so I agree with him.
He's not suggesting it should be done.
Edit: since these are hohols I am willing to accept some would actually consider it; after all, they also claim Jesus was Ukrainian so nothing's off the table for at least some of them.

I mean if a slav country needs more fodder they usually release family propaganda, give medals to mothers who have tons of kids, family subsidies per kid, etc. But all of that sounds too white nationalist for the west to greenlight. Kidnapping women off the street and medically raping them sounds more woke.

Well, sure, I agree but in the real world you have to pick your battles. There's no First Amendment in Russia, or in other countries for that matter. CRP is a good example; however, dying on the altar of buttsex and HRT for everyone, including children is pretty gay imo but ymmv.

Soviet joke about being able to insult the American president aside, I don't know about that. America allows for it and it doesn't help American interests. If anything, the First Amendment is used by journalists to be propaganda arms of the Uniparty and suppress Trump trying to enact pro-American policies. If Trump had locked CNN up, America would actually be doing better than it is today. You can't insult Putin, but his country is the one that is sanction-proofed and building their own version of SWIFT free of American influence.

Ukraine continues its third Reich larp and founded their own ROA. Because first one was such great success.
And at the same time Ukraine tried and for most part already failed to invade Russia proper . And because there is going to be elections in Russia.
