That's a gross overestimate. That's a slot for a future fullsuit, and it also has not gotten a bid, not meaning much of anything. Blue was not only just a head, but also probably commissioned before this maker got exposure from Blue. A maker getting lots of attention like that would be stupid not to up their costs a bit.
I'm pretty sure the rough price was estimated a couple pages back, but it was nowhere near 5k.
