idk about the sarge thing, he may not be schizophrenic but he definitely isn’t a high functioning sane member of society. we were so proud of him keeping a clean living space and being a good pet owner (i hope that dog is somewhere safe), but room temps do well with routine, wake up at the same time, make your bed, etc. but i guess when the medien iq is 70 -how tf did printhess samantha graduate high school

Prison IS a care facility. He's a sexually violent felon. Even if there were mental health facilities like that available in the US, he shouldn't be in one due to the risk to other patients.
He's not acute enough to require a stay in a forensic psych ward, especially since there are only 186 beds available in the entire state of Arkansas. And they're not for chronic patients either. Also have you ever been in a state hospital? Jail is far preferable.
There are no long term facilities for a sociopathic rapist who is able to care for himself better than any other waste of life in this thread. Prison is the best place for him, even though it's likely going to exacerbate his criminal-minded behavior.

We don't do "care facilities" anymore. It's prison or "community care", aka ignoring it until the person decompensates enough to do something to justify being sent to prison. Thank the Gipper for that.

An addition to the thread that is tangentially related. This is from the Saline County Jail roster. This is an adjacent county to Pulaski County, where Little Rock, NLR, Jacksonville, etc are. A suburb or a bedroom community. Compared to the child and animal neglect horrors in this thread, I thought a Central AR troon might be a nice palate cleanser. Maybe Sammie can start chasing xer. i was considering a control group of our average cast for the median - i would guess only the guy that sammie was seeing and that found this thread and tried to drag her would be the only one with an iq over 70. and if i recall correctly, he was even mentally disabled. y’all are right about the sarge thing, i guess prison would be the best place for him
