I've seen ASTF make this accusation before, about Buck Angel "transitioning an 8yo girl"; I know that Angel is massive hypocrite, that she was in the porn industry, and that she has sketchy connections to people like the Wachowski bros, and Pornhub. I liked the Uhler stream too, I agreed with most of what he said, but it was also painfully obvious that he isn't a serious person. He is on some sort of religious crusade, which is kind of a shame because he does have a lot of interesting things to contribute to this debate and a lot of what he said was accurate. But his "totes true, trust me bro" claim that Michael Bailey had a man insert a dildo attached to a chainsaw into a woman in front of a crowd of students in a lecture hall was the point at which I realised that he is off his head. And ASTFXX is not a good interviewer of people who are more qualified/informed than her (I think she isn't a good interviewer full stop, actually). At several points she interrupted him to jump on some minor detail in what he was saying and use it to aggrandise/flatter herself (to his credit, he did not respond to these interruptions and just resumed speaking after a brief, awkward silence, but it was certainly a distraction from what he had to say).

I missed that tweet somehow. But it's interesting to me - I think it indicates that she has realised that she resoundingly lost the debate over that incident. The premise in which her (ludicrous) argument is based is the argument of her detractors/opponents. I think you are right that this lashing out is based in a bruised ego.

that is indistinguishable from autism. narcissism and autism have overlapping symptoms, but narcissism generally requires being able to manipulate others, which requires theory of mind and social skills. autists are locked-in on themselves simply out of an inability to grasp what other people are about. narcs are self-centered out of preference, but generally understand others better than the rest of us in order to get what they want out of life. Her hubris isn't pathological it is just retarded, and quite common in humans generally.

But then to Sierra’s credit she correctly called Nex’s auto-Benediction right from the start as soon as the bodycam footage from the hospital came out. She was going off about “agonal breathing” on the 911 call, and while she’s not actually a doctor, at times she does seem to have the Doogie Hauser thing going on.
