It strikes me as a fairly simple thing. You open with a couple reasons why you should care where this specific dude lives, and why you should go to his house and rape him, then nearly immediately dump the dox, and explain the parts that actually prove it (you can keep the other parts for future use).
I prefer the method where you just post his deets alongside a huge unthumbnailed picture of the guys face and then wait for somebody to question how you found the dox and then you immediately dox him as well for doubting you.
