Not that I'm aware of but Thomas Satterwhite would be a good guess as he's the resident butcher of SF. Up until the WPATH leak he openly offered amholes without chopping the cock and nullo surgeries. Looking further into the SF GCC, it appears Mosser doesn’t do bottom surgery. Transgender surgeon Dr Ellie Zara Ley is their bottom surgery surgeon. I’ve not seen any of her work but I’m going to assume it’s as bad as we’d expect.
