Did... did they put this pooner through a surger? It almost looks like there's another line of stitching under the first, but I'm sure it's scar holding the heavy bottom titty on the scar line. Because of the amount of damage they'll probably have to remove a few millimetres of skin from both sides of the scar, lipo and cut the rest of the titty away and pull the crease of the breast up because the top is so fucking tight it strangled the nipples to death.

Really shows the calibre of surgeon that goes into trannysurgery. This is not bottom of the class work, this is Pajeet diploma mill level butchery, there are back alley surgeons who do better work with garden shears and gorilla glue.

First Day Post Op Penile Contouring (Revision) and Testicle Implant Placement (No Fusion, No Vnectomy or Burial)

I’m super happy with the revision on the base and everything in general )

I forgot to ask what size implants he ended up placing but I’m guessing they’re smalls by feel.. they look fantastic already tho! One side of my scrotum is more swollen than the other at the bottom, but both of the implants are towards the top

The 4 hour car ride home wasn’t nearly as bad as I was expecting. Towards the end it sucked a bit because my pain meds wore off but it was more uncomfy than painful tbh. It was my bad I didn’t have them send the pain meds to a pharmacy in Parma and the pharmacy back here in Michigan is closed until morning I have some ibuprofen 800’s left from another procedure so I’m using those to get by until then

I love how Gupta did the incisions to place the implants, it seems like they will blend very well along my scrotum once I’m more healed

I’m paranoid about wound separation so I’m upping my protein intake as much as I can afford and trying to limit my movement for the first few days at least.. but the incisions look very neat and aren’t really moist or leaking a bit of fluids like my other wound separations started out like.. so I’m hopeful

Nah. Plastic surgeons do a lot of great work that helps people, remember that the doctors unfucking someone's face after a cleft lip surgery or an accident are plastic surgeons. They also do purely cosmetic work which is great, government funded facelifts for everyone aged 50 and over!

reconstructive surgery is not cosmetic, it's reconstructive. Purely cosmetic surgeries should be banned.

In a sick way I can't stop looking at this. Like, how the fuck do you do this? It's so revolting it boggles my mind that:
1. The person performing the surgery agreed to do this to someone.
2. The person performing the surgery managed to accomplish this.
3. The person who got this done to themselves thought it was okay to publish this on the internet.

I would love to see how these people think. So fascinating.

reconstructive surgery is not cosmetic, it's reconstructive. Purely cosmetic surgeries should be banned.

It seems likely to me that if mainstream medicine had drawn the line at reconstructive procedures early on, that things like phalloplasty would be much harder to sell. I am sure the elites like celebrities would be able to get such things done somewhere, but it is creepy that so many suburbs are full of women who are surgical homonculi, with big fake boobs and muppet filler-mouths.

My understanding is that the reason such horrible things happen to people's crotches, over and over, is that there's no accepted best practice or standards in SRS/GRS/GCS.

This is a really bad mastectomy, though, and therapeutic mastectomies have been performed on normal women for medical reasons for a very long time. I wonder if this pooner is the one to have legal recourse.

It's wild how different the result from a mastectomy preformed by a caring surgeon working on cancer patients and a professional pooner butcherer are. There are fucked up mastectomies in the former case as well but it seems the pooner ones have a fuck up rate hovering around 1/2, and I've yet to hear of a "bottom surgery" of any kind that isn't a horror show from start to finish. Even the "successful" ones are limited to "I can kind of use it but it bleeds a lot" and "It doesn't hurt all the time anymore".

I'm guessing the pooner doesn't really have any reason to sue, she wanted a fucked up chest and no doubt signed a release that said rotten nipples and ripples to be expected.
