I know AITD has no chance in hell of winning, but if it did, holy shit what a mess it would be (I'm assuming it's the original game and not the 2008 one)
Just imagine how much Phil would struggle getting out of the STARTING ROOM. (controls are not easy in the slightest) He would probably try to play the game like if it was an action shooter, and good lord, he would get violated by the instant kill ghosts. (It would be a hilarious ragequit)
If it is the 2008 game, it would still be a mess (remember that drive at the beginning when you try to get to Central Park?) and probably ragequit it once he figures out he's supposed to destroy the roots to access the final chapter.

Sad to see DC didn't get any more votes, but at least Siren got another vote.

My opinion, the Heath Ledger sydrome hit him. Where he would just make up shit for commentary for the first couple of years and then one day the hunger for money and bullshitting people just took over him. The hunger was so great that it cause him to fuck over everyone, Rambo, Howard, The Respect The Pact, Fans, fucking everyone. So we just have a shell of what he was back in 2008. On autopilot. He's never wrong yet never right. Sounds like a good ass movie script....But in the real. Anyways im rambling. Hope you guys enjoyed Phil making himself look like a complete idiot, and all I did was just ask a question.

Why on earth would you want to help him? If he was capable of self improvement he wouldn't be a lolcow. Of course he's going to be desperate about money, he can't get or keep a real job, Patreon and Daddy's money is the only thing keeping him from homelessness.

Also, calm down, he's just a narcissistic tub of lard who happened to get a bit lucky with Youtube. He's not Hitler. There have been millions of people like him since humanity began, and I expect there'll be millions more.

If he's so sure about this all he has to do is file one case, take it to court and win. Once he has that under his belt he now has not only precedence but something to fall back on.

It's a starting point that he can point to and say, "look. I'm right and the courts agree with me. Take down those TIHYDP or I'll sue you next, " and most posters would give in. Of course he doesn't have the time or the money to do this so it's really convenient for him that he's "letting" them stay. Fact is, he has no case and he's trying to pretend like he does.

Also, Phil's use of the term "logical brain". Why should he expect people to have something that he himself doesn't have?

There's also the matter that it opens the djinni in the bottle for Let's Plays should he ever nut up and do something like that. Why? Because doing that could then make a video game company proceed to do the same thing, thus destroying everything he wasted his life on.

What you and I are trying to say is Phil would get seal laughed out of the court while he snorts and honks in quivering rage.

You know it's going to be the shitty reboot one. This is the guy who thought Conker was a Microsoft game on the N64, he knows jack shit about any classic game other than Street fighter 2, and even then that's still not much. Chances are he's not even aware the original even exists.

Have they gone as far to actually bring someone to court like Phil's threatening to do? I'm mainly arguing the futility and hilarity of him trying to pull that off; taking someone like EvilAj to court and then getting mad when a videogame company does the same to him or another LPer.

Notice how Slowbeef didn't call Phil names or try to insult him or his fanbase? That's how you show you're above that.

It's why people will listen to someone like Slowbeef or even PDP (Some of his latest videos on Youtube seemed to be very well thought out and were calling Youtube out on their crap) These people respond in a calm manner and don't resort to kind of tactics Phil would to gain pity.
