I remember yearsss ago there was this whole drama where someone on Reddit or Twitter kept insisting that Arin was bisexual and provided all this evidence and constantly tried to push him to come out, and apparently he directly asked this person to stop. Arin denied it for years, which I always thought was strange since it was so obvious and he surrounds himself with woke types, but even stranger to come out this late in the game.

There was some overlap, probably with Ashley but I'm not sure. Dan went for 18 year olds, saved some contacts for years until they turned 18, then made them think he wanted a relationship so he could pump and dump. Ashley was the one he settled on.

I think it was one of those things where we would joke about it but I didn’t really come off as a joke. He used to talk about wanting to bang Asian women but I think when they switched to the cast he started adopting wearing dresses and all that. Didn’t he also say it’s ok for guys to paint their nails too?
I think the only thing that I saw from them recently is Dan released another album that’s probably not even close to being funny as the original album.

That's...weirdly disheartening. Not because there's anything wrong with Ashley aside from her taste in men (Dan? Him? Seriously?) but it just kinda rubs me the wrong way that he kinda saw her as the best groupie instead of just being a decent adult and banging someone his own age,
I recall watching videos of him on the Grump channel where he went through his old artwork and there was a lot of focus on female characters.
Now, this could just be a case of the Mandela effect but I seem to recall he'd pick the female character when available. I recall he did it for Bloodborne.

I remember one time Arin was playing as Peach (because Arin always plays as Peach) and Dan made some comment about her being weird looking. To be fair to Dan, she does have a kind of downsy thing going on in some games. But Arin just got really quiet and it made the video awkward. It was one of the Mario Party games, I think.

It's actually a little worse than that. Most of this I can't prove, or really don't want to, so just take it as speculation or with a grain of salt.
From what I've been told, Dan had a very serious girlfriend. So serious that he even planned on marrying her. But his dumb ass decided to cheat on her and she smartly broke up with him. This was the "bad breakup" that Dan spoke about in the first playthrough of Link Between Worlds.
The reason why every girl that came forward about having sex with Dan was a young 18-22 year old attractive blond was because this serious girlfriend of his was exactly that, an 18-22 year old attractive blond. So it's very likely that he never quite got over her, and was picking and choosing fans based on their appearance (as well as other things) in order to replace her.
Like I said, take this with a grain of salt, but considering the person I got this information from gave me a bunch of personal information, first and last name, pictures, and a couple other things (which is why I didn't and still don't want to release that information as I'm not comfortable doing that and she would then face the wrath of the Lovelies attempting to wreck her life), I'm putting it in the likely true category.

Most of the things that people dislike about Arin and Dan that get posted here are pretty weak examples, I'm not advocating for people to stop as I think its fine to dislike things and have a place to talk about it. But they really haven't done such horrible things that make me dislike the product they sell (for free).

I always found the controversy about Dan kind of funny. The whole reason anyone wants to be in a band is to party and fuck hot groupies. It's not our fault these dumbass girls will throw themselves at someone like Dan just because he's in a band.

Canceling a member of the tribe was always going to be an uphill struggle, but this "controversy" has to be the most pathetic attempt to cancel someone I've ever seen. Music is a huge part of Dan's life, and he idolizes rockstars from the 20th century. It figures that he would try to emulate their lifestyle as best he can.
