So is Nikki and Patrick just doing some light cleaning and making the bed at their AirBnb and not doing the proper thing and changing out the bedding and sheets like hotels do? It's the only thing I can think of as to why it only takes them 90mins to clean the unit. That's rather disgusting.

Second thoughts: based on the number estimates above this is the technicality thompson for not paying Quasi - airBNB paid him!

third thots: maybe maybe MAYBE in some cases a cooperative police department would tell you “people pretending to be you are bomb threatening” but even then they’d likely just be quiet. It doesn’t add up.

Perhaps it’s a Sweeney Todd situation in which the bed tips the guests into the grim dungeon basement then Fatrick grinds them into Roni, then hijacks their devices to leave glowing reviews.

As they won’t be in the bed longer than a couple of hours, he can’t be bothered to change the sheets.

This is also why he was so furious at that woman who canceled then rebooked. Not only could he not clear the grinder, he couldn’t reset the trapped bed in time.

Patrick has a PSA for everyone that might have sympathized with him over the supposed shooting threats: he is fine when police are weaponized, but only as long as they shoot people he dislikes.

That's terrible. Other than the fees here, the yearly licensing, and needing $2m liability insurance on each rental we don't seem to limit how many days a year you can set up your short term rentals for.

I’m early day drinking and thinking of fats - and more and more I’m convinced there’s a power behind the throne

Fats on his own is dumb, reactive, NPC. He can execute a basic script but he can’t write them. Someone is feeding him solutions and options like the dumbass third son of some noble family.

Whom? I don’t know - someone is still coming up with (relatively) galaxy brain ideas like “buy a duplex, rent half”. These are the kinds of things you’d do to try to setup a retarded relative for life. The kind of idea of “get a following on twitter and finagle an author contract” - fats could likely have continued to publish his useless drek for years had he not infuriated everyone. Even insurance is the kind of job to put a dumbass in because half the times it sells itself and that sweet residuals. Even realtors have to be a bit more proactive.

In other worlds I have access to PhD mathematicians. I need to know the following to pose a question about bullshit - number of days the hovel has been rented (assume near full I’m guessing with the bargain basement full of pepperoni price); number of swats during that time, percentage of swats that were kinda bullshit.

There’s two options (maybe 3):

1. They’re all fats and they occur outside of BNB time (Airbnb, not black Niki butt)

2. They’re mostly harmless and so even if during bnb it’s nothing

3. Combo - mostly fats and mostly harmless so some may have been bnb’d and caused fats to rage because wrong address

Mathematics can do some weird inverse shit and tell us which is more likely.

I'm incredibly dubious that the police would share that Patty's name was being used to spread bomb threats in the way that he was implying.

To put it another way, I can't see him not squealing about getting 'swatted' again, which is likely what would've happened -- police would go out to question him, etc. He's making it sound like a desk sarge called him as a courtesy call or something.

I know people know he's full of shit, but it's kinda sad after all this time he can't even half-convincingly lie. And yeah, the timing sure is suspicious.
