He has appealed. It's just that without the bond, the enforcement isn't stayed, and they can take his companies, and he has very little recourse against it.
NY isn't seizing shit. He has to exhaust all other options before he can file a lolsuit in federal court, otherwise it will get dismissed immediately because he didn't exhaust all other options. Which he will do if the NY courts give him no relief. And he will get a stay in federal court if he has to go all the way to Uncle Clarence and Massa Alito's plantation to get it

that reduced the amount of lead that brass plumbing components can contain from 8% to 0.25%. i remember him saying that reducing the amount of lead to that much was overkill and new parts using that standard are garbage and fail constantly
Brass fittings became much harder to sweat and manufacturers replaced most of that lead with cadmium.

On top of it going no where, it also sounds like a retarded plan to increase job numbers by making everyone get a second job.
It would also require companies to hire more people for trained jobs that they had been forcing through being understaffed, of its linked to a mandatory pay increase yet, but it may just mean a pay cut

I can get behind this.

On top of what the other posters above have said, it probably means more illeagls working under the table and/or the increase of jobs becoming gig / contract jobs. "Whatdayamean 32 hours is full time. We're only giving you 16 hours. Be glad its not less."

This is retarded, this only works for goverment workers and HR(who do no work anyway and are probably the people who came up with this).
You can't stop working a day each week in a factory without suffering catastrophic loses. The video goes into the companies that tried this and he specifies that the companies that dared do this, didn't dare anything because the goverment paid for the loses with a premium.
Reducing the "standard working hours" its on the same retarded lane as UBI. The bottomline is "there's no free lunch" and any free lunch that didn't cost you anything will cost everyone in exponential inflation.

What’s stopping them from waiting out the clock and taking his stuff and them going too late?

‘Cause I expect them to try doing exactly that.

UBI is simply not affordable, especially not with open borders, not even on paper. society will also never accept everyone getting "free money", welfare works because it's considered social security (the only way UBI would work is as "welfare without the bureaucracy" just a different name for the same thing, not "everyone gets 1000 bucks extra each month").

reducing working hours works in theory at least, following the idea companies will hire people more people to cover those hours. the only "loss" the company would have is the additional overhead for a second worker, in the end more people get employed.
but there lies the problem, they tried something similar over here with increasing opening times for stores (open earlier, close later). same theory, but companies figured they'd just pay the premium for the overtime or reduce the shifts of everyone further into parttime basically. which then leads to people circling through different jobs since they want/need the money. employment number doesn't go up, people just work the same hours if not more at different companies.

But it seems like from what people are saying in the courtroom, it will be a majority opinion that the government can tell a private company what to censor as long as they aren't flat out threatening them, which is ridiculous. That is a true form of fascism, where the company aligns with the faggots in power to do their bidding.

Most likely will.

The goal isn't about taking his stuff, none of these cases are expect too do much outside of the court they filed it in and maybe the next court up in appeals. It's about hurting Trump as much as they can to try and influence the election. If New York State has to pay Trump 200 million dollars for improperly seizing his assets that's future New York's bill to pay, they are only looking towards November.

I won't be surprised if having to bond out your settlement for appeal gets yeeted as a result of this, and big corporations can just kick the can for 20 years on appeals instead of ever having to face legal consequences for anything.

The left will burn anything they think will help them tomorrow because they act like there will not be repercussions next week.

They've already established that am act of Congress is necessary to label someone as insurrectionist before they are unable to run for office. That's next to "you can't" in terms of chances of happening, much weaker than previously.
