Anyone who has had children knows what their fucking chromosomes are because you pass one of those on to your kid and sex chromosome disorders almost always make you sterile. Also anyone with the health issues they cause would have had testing for it when symptoms emerged during puberty at the latest.

I've said this before, but "advanced biology" troons seem to imagine chromosomes as some sort of cellular brand label that says "XX" or "XY" but doesn't do anything, like a little logo sewn onto a t-shirt so you know it's made by a certain manufacturer. They do not seem to grasp the concept that chromosomes are made up of genes, and that genes essentially 3D print your body. If you have abnormal sex chromosomes things in your body will be abnormal. God they are such retards.

Yeah... not to dog on dudes with Kleinfelter syndrome, but they've got problems.

They often have lower IQ and behavioral problems, including sexually.

They've got a real diagnosable genetic disorder and don't always receive the best support, so they can act out in unhealthy ways, including getting into troonery.

I'm sympathetic, but not because they're "true trans", but because they've got a complex medical condition and didn't get the care they needed and it fucked them up.

It should be noted that there's not good evidence that any other DSD has higher than average rates of troonery.

I can think of a well-known individual with Klinefelter's syndrome:

Ricardo Lopez, infamous as the Bjork stalker, had an extra chromosome and suffered from gynecomastia. Yet absolutely nobody would ever mistake him for a woman, and most people would never know without being told.
