Is it worth suing Cloudflare? It arguably cost Null pretty dearly, their removal of Kiwi Farms as a client is cited in every single defamatory article, the gist being "Cloudflare, who will host the worst of the worst, removes Kiwi Farms." It's used as a pretty def cudgel and I'm very certain that they'll retract their statements, there's no real way they can substantiate that there was a "imminent emergency" of poor actors because there fucking wasn't and that was a straight up lie, nor did they or the police even bother to contact Null to correct anything. It was just an easy way for them to distance themselves from the controversy and they did so at the expense of Null's emotional distress, monetarily losses and reputation.

They're a big company but I'm hoping that if you swing that big legal dick at them, they'd probably just go for the retraction and save themselves the money.

Remembering what Josh said on Mati about Honeycomb and LFJ, we'd need at LEAST 500k for big corpo lawfare. Hold your enthusiasm, baby steps.
