I think some angry FBI agents showed up at her Puerto Rican hovel and told her to stop playing pretend and messing up their investigation. I also think this is why she was looking at cybersecurity classes: without Torswats' Return to act as her "credentials," she needs to get actual accreditation. She'll never get it, of course, so she's going to go back to seething on Xitter.

The boys in blue and the DA can stack 'em high. The fun for the DA is to pit Jackie VS Patrick. Patrick self swats - now charge Jackie-n-Niki as a co-conspirator on that. Jackie running torswats return - charge Patrick-n-Niki as a co-conspirator on that operation. Niki being innocent doesn't mean a DA/DOJer won't put charges on her as part of a plea-getting effort. 'You taking this to trial means we gonna have to charge Niki if at trial her crimes are found to be true by the jury.....'

Hopefully the pests can get her jumping taking her past posts about how a troll is a serious threat given her trolling past.

For stacking purposes ya'd also get charged with whatever service calls that were made in the county where the indictment happens. The DA would know its bullshit but wants to have stacked charges to toss later as part of a plea deal.

Where is Jackie's victory lap over the 'torswats return' shutdown announcement? For being all about the 0 in finding_0_evil why is she not reporting on how the casework is going to those who are not in the Fatrick trench day to day?

One reason I don’t think the Feds will pursue Jackie is because she’s not in the least bit a threat to them or anyone else for that matter. According to them she’s a “self-styled security researcher”, not worthy to arrest and recruit as an asset, doesn’t know how to hack, gets every single last detail wrong, will tow the party line etc. She’s not worth the budget.

Counterpoint: this is an easy pad-the-numbers win for a prosecutor, probably.

Could also make it look like a much bigger deal than it is by saying they were a co-conspirator to a domestic terrorist or whatever when it's just a dumb streetshitter.

Far as I'm concerned she should be praying to every single one of the 330 million hindu deities that some bored glowing prosecutor doesn't catch wind of it and decides "why the hell not?", unsure money would be much of an object considering the federal government loves wasting tax dollars anyway.
