Russ is slowing down as his old age related plights build up. He would have normally banged out an ill thought poorly written 17 page reply (all numbered page 6) seeking to explain why the judge is wrong. By now. Plus 3 supporting filings all seeking to do things hes not allowed to do. He's had almost half a week.

Hopefully Monday will bless us with something truly epic.
When the court system isn't playing the game properly and it's no fun anymore he just toddles over to the sandpit and plays his fantasy build-a-brothel games instead. His ego needs an occaisional poke with the stick of harsh reality to get him to generate content.

Well after the judge thought this case was sufficiently fucked off with predjudice last time but somehow the 10th circuit court has stuck this fucking retard back on his docket.

He's probably going to grind this retard into the ground with a case full of absolutely unappealable holes so he never sees it again.

No, I think he's trying to recruit those ambulance chasers he had the first time around, but I don't see them accepting unless the Supreme Court takes this case. They only worked pro bono last time to pad their resumes and apply for some litigious company with tightly controlled IPs. Remember, he originally thought he could bankrupt Null, right until we rallied around him. He underestimated us, so he's just going to whine that it's not fair Null has people willing to help him and he doesn't.

The judge who originally dismissed the case recused herself after the 10th Circuit ruling. The judge who just ruled is a Magistrate Judge, and cannot dismiss the case, but can recommend a dismissal to the new judge.

This case has been procedurally messy. Or at least it seems that way to me
What do you mean? We've only been litigating this for 3 years, 6 months, 3 days (2 years, 11 months, 10 days if you're are counting from when Null first responded).

If we are being fair, this case has only been litigated since the 10th circuit delivered their abortion of legal reasoning. Everything up to that point has been Greer fighting for the right to litigate.
I wonder if you removed all of greer's filings what percent does he make of the total wordcount since he does seem to sperg a lot.

I think the judge made a good point when he pointed out the right to a fair and SPEEDY trial in his decision to deny the stay from Greer.
A fair and SNEEDY trial.

I'm getting too old for this shit.

What’s even the point of the judge denying russes motion for a time extension? He may as well have just granted it since Russ can just ignore it and continue with his brothel larp like he’s not a month past the deadlines set by the judge.

The point is that now it will be a lot more likely for Mr. Hardin to file a motion to sanction and a motion to dismiss for failure to prosecute; and get it all granted. I get the feeling that this is what the court wanted, but didn't want to do it sua sponte.

I think like everyone else the court is just gonna wait and see if the Scotus grants cert. The answer of yes or no is usually fairly prompt by justice system standards. We should know by the end of April. After almost 4 years, what's another 4 weeks between friends.

Is Hardin now waiting for the Supreme Court to accept/deny the writ before filing a motion to sanction?

I am not being briefed on the case by Mr. Hardin, and so, unlike Null, I can't actually say anything definitively. Personally, I think he'll file a motion for sanction before April, but that's just my guess.

I think the funniest outcome would be for Russ to lose this case because he couldn't even do the basics of litigation despite getting a massive huge victory that any lawyer would dream of getting that he didn't deserve and managing to get it past the 10th circuit court.

Something about Heaven and Earth being moved to keep Russ's case alive and then him fucking it up in the simple small details fills me with joy.

Don't know if it will happen, but I hope so.

That's been pretty much what's been happening since its moved back to the lower court is Null's lawyer begging Russ to actually get the fuck on with it and Russ ignoring the stalker child court.

It would seem unwise to wait too long to file a motion for sanctions for wasting everyone's time, even if you're waiting on the Supreme Court.
On the other hand, shouldn't Null/Hardin wait until the court rules on the motion to compel compliance with the scheduling order (#92 on the docket) before filing another motion that requests (some of) the same relief?
