Sweet Baby Inc. and the Steam Curator Group Conspiracy - The company that is responsible for the diarrheic video game writing.

Most likely not. Though that looks pretty great as an idea. I think the trick for making a site like that work would be to crowd source it. And have some trusted people filter and confirm entries. Cause this certainly isn't a 1 person's job. But as Kabrutos showed, it only takes one person to start the initiative.
A wiki or git style website (with some very strict moderation) would work well, I think.

Something of the sorts, clearly not wiki with how volatile that site is to fake edits.
It definitely needs some strict moderation.

Also, just looking at that website. It has companies on there simply for donating to BLM.
Which obviously is a sign, but I feel like there's plenty of people that just got suckered in by the propaganda as well. Or blackmailed into making the virtue signal, to fool us that they're on the wrong side, making up the numbers. And I feel like it would require a little more, or at least a way to find redemption? Maybe a strike system in case they just try to score redemption-brownie points, just to go back to retardation right afterwards. Or am I just being too naive here?

I remember for example some artist got his twitter used by their record label most likely to virtue signal. And later the artist came out to say they couldn't disagree more with that message.

I don't know dude, it's handy knowing who's a traitor and who isn't. This is something you can hold over their heads for the rest of their careers, you have to be a moron to think that's nothing.
Also, the whole point is to drop AAA games altogether. Stop looking for "the good ones", they don't exist anymore. Buy games that aren't pozzed or don't buy any at all, there are hundreds of thousands of already existing titles you can play right now.

Not saying it's wrong to make lists and pull threads but when it comes to boycotts we need something easier, more targeted, more achievable, accessible and visible.

Large, extended barrage with a wide spread. Looks good on paper but misses like crazy, kills some percentage of small/medium bugs, does very little against hardened targets. Friendlies remain pinned down, battlefield dynamic unchanged.

Targeted precision strikes that takes down the Bile Titan and only the Bile Titan. Entire battlefield dynamic switches, everyone in the system can see the titan fall, enemy immediately on the backfoot, troops able to rally for mop-up.

I wish I wasn't in a work meeting right now so I could really debate this but I think I have made the crucial points a few times now.

You can easily set up a private wiki without relying on a hosting service, and could vet contributors through a community chat like telegram.

Regardless, I think EVERYTHING should be archived; put all those red flags on display and let people make their own decisions based on the evidence. No fact checkers, no narrative, just archival citations.

Technically, the only way to win this is to "wait them out" until ESG dries up. But that doesn't address the causes that made things so bad in the first place.
esg never dries up as long as leftists hold government power. ppl have already posted plenty of examples of woke shit being financed by straight up government subsidies.
if you wanna "wait them out" on this you're gonna have to wait for the governments of like a dozen countries to go bankrupt, which will never happen because they can literally print their own money at will.

As a side rant, one of the things I hate most about SJWs (if they're going back to 2014, let's bring back the 2014 terms) is that any kind of friendliness or fun is considered "gay" or "queer coded".
To me it was projection that these mongoloids never really had friends, unable to understand how relationships work or are sex pests that probably prey on getting close to people by pretending to be friends.

Yep, that's what I was thinking too. I just wouldn't want to end up like these douchebags and only report on the negative, and never return to retract or update the story if there's developments.
More details = More better

Remember those old Feminist Frequency videos where Anita Sarkeesian was pressing buttons on a controller plugged into a TV that was playing pre-recorded game footage?

I feel like it should be illegal to publish pieces talking shit about products you have never used and have zero experience with.
At one point in a video of hers, she straight up says she doesn't play video games.

Crowd sourcing something the media are afraid of not controlling at an early stage is a dead end since some troon will get a fraction of his 750 orbiters to infiltrate your wiki and kill it with spam/ads/cp/whatever. You want to pick from people you know and from forums you are active in, a kiwi-sourced audience if you will. You want to build an invite-based oligarchy. The Knights of the Order of the Wailing Wench, perchance...

Yeah, there was a video that was leaked on YT that exposed that. That's mostly what I remember is the absolute insanity of people going to bat for this woman despite the mountain of evidence that she didn't play video games and she was marketing SJW propaganda built on lies.

Lot of the people talking in these GDC videos are more of that ilk--people who don't even like video games using the medium to propogate wokeness.

Once again, I offer you the solution: Traitors of America 2020
We need something like this
Long shitlists like these spread the boycotts and opposition too thin.

Like others have said, you should pick your battles and only concentrate on one or a few. Target and Bud Light were some of the most flagrant offenders, and that's why they were targeted.

"Choose your target, isolate it, personalize it, polarize it". Make an example of the shepherd, and the sheep will scatter.

I disagree. If people are so ADHD that they lose focus once you give them too many names, then frankly they don't belong here. They should just stop what they're doing and let the youtube slop creator factory make content for them and water it all down or get their info from some reddit post.
The more the merrier, if a dev, journo or eceleb says something, it should be archived and cataloged. If a company does something, it should similarly be archived and those should have more than one notable quotes to cement their reputations, they're big entities after all and many people work there.
Like it was already stated, categorization is key: Divide the list between "The Industry"(Developers, SBI employees and journos), "Influencers"(twitter, youtube, discord and otherwise bootlickers who have their own channels, content and personas) and "Companies"(Official statements made by the company as a whole, or individuals who represent the company in their statements). Anyone should find what they're looking for in an instant, and this should be the baseline for any smart customer worth their salt looking into if the product is worth their time years from now. I still use the Traitors 2020 list myself, you would be surprised what names will pop up.

This is partially why I'm going back into the past and buying older games that are INSANELY cheap right now. I'm abstaining from the mainline AAA releases unless something interests me and eventually comes onto Game Pass. At least then, I'm only using my MS Rewards for Game Pass subs (I haven't had to pay out of pocket for one personally for quite a while, and as long as MS Rewards exists, that's what I'll use it for). I have literally hours of games and entertainment from my backlog to keep me satisfied for a while. I don't need anything much of anything modern (unless it's Indie), and I've been just fine so far this year. There's far too many games out there to concentrate on new releases alone.

Also, you have to understand, most of the companies on that list might not fully buy into whatever the Left is selling and is only going forward with it due to how toxic it would be without them saying anything at all. While I agree that these companies have no balls, this is the current climate. It'll take something big to break them out and realize that these people CAN be fought against.

B: The game appears to have women being friendly with each other. That means they're gay.

This is the exact kind of shit that turns me off from a lot of modern entertainment. You can't just have women being friends with other women or men being friends with other men without these fucking weirdos injecting their own bullshit into it.

It's not ADHD. It's a Sysiphean task to have to document every time that every company and influencer that ever was kissed the ring of Wokeness.

It's much more effective to look at the few who do not bow to Clown World orthodoxies, and support them.

Believe me, I've done more slacktivism than I'm proud to admit. In most cases, the money you give to this company or that for their goods or services is numerous degrees detached from whatever wokeshit they nominally pay lip-service to.

Laundry lists of boycotts are a waste of time, and only make you look like a brittle special snowflake afrid to interact with the world. Going after the worst offenders is what sends a message.
