Without revealing too much about my work, if my internet is down, and I have to log into something for work that night, just throwing my hands up and saying "Sorry, shit sucks" isn't an option. The answer is figure out how to get online and do the job - whether its tethering the phone to the computer, drive somewhere with WiFi if it really came down to it, etc.

People that work for a living don't get to just throw their hands up at the slightest inconvenience. Nick doesn't work.
