There is a culture of paranoia here because everyone is afraid of being doxed. It makes the site culture toxic in that way. It is probably one of the real bad things about this site because there are so many cool users here I'd have a beer with if only this site wasn't the way it is.

Clearly this isn't the case if there are swaths of people talking about their drug habits and sharing gossip about who showed who which body parts. They are more likely to steal your catalytic converter to pay for speed or heroin than have a beer with you it seems.

What if Null manually blocked them from each other and remoived their option to undo it? That would be funny. Like that one exception made for that one lurker and stickers.

and to be honest I don't even know what the issue is. I can't fix problems I don't understand. I just see the same dozen boring simpletons bitching constantly and my eyes gloss over every time. My passion for this is absolute zero.

I have an idea for you to look into. I think there’s a correlation between the most assmad users and their employment status. While it is true that most site traffic is during working hours, whenever I have shit to do at work and I come back, it’s always to pages of sperging by the usual suspects. I think they’re either unemployed or have literally nothing to do at work (less likely.)

Maybe the solution is as simple as throttling the maximum rate of posting during hours when everyone should be at work. I mostly browse at work and shitpost in the evenings. Does anyone have a reason to make 25 posts an hour during working hours? No. The only people making 25 posts an hour are NEETs in an argument with nothing better to do.

Come to think of it, is there ever a reason for a user to post extremely frequently unless they’re in a slapfight?
