The idea at the time was that he wouls be doing streams from it all the time, travelling between live events, ans collaborating with other creators, so it was business use.

My theory was that Nick was too lazy to do the streams from the Mustang once the wine mom prescence abandoned LOCALS. He has fairly abandoned it too. He did the same to his DISCORD, but before he nuked that server for a month or two, they had their own community. The LOCALS only had coom, hence the current state.
