I hope you know that this kind of behavior isn't tolerated in a courtroom, no matter how much you think its 'deserved'.

If that restraining order goes through, you'll likely be summoned to court for a hearing. You're given the opportunity to concede or contest the order. If you raise your voice and/or talk like this AT ALL, you will absolutely be served that restraining order. you can check the hospital to make sure its legit if you want, but calling in with out a order form to release information is punishably by law.
