Her name's Lily Drew, she seems to have been unsuccessful as an actress and has switched into being a screenwriter (she scripted some of Megan Thee Stallion's "Hottieween" short). She's in some of the earliest Days of Girlhood tiktoks. She seems nice enough, and it is actually kind of sweet that Dylan brings her along to some of his events. My impression is Dylan was her gay best friend, and so she probably enjoyed dressing him up etc and likely ignores any misogynistic overtones to his antics.

I don’t feel sorry for people like Dylan who publicly sell out their supportive family and expect social media at large to be a hugbox while doing retarded controversial things, and attempts to buy sympathy like that are especially ill-founded. But that's why none of it works. That's why, even more than other troons who at least try, he comes of as gratingly insincere, because he has the misfortune of having a 'camp' voice and affect, which itself is viewed as an imitation of a woman. All of his horrid physical qualities I'm sure people can learn to overlook, the dress sense can be enforced on him and one can certainly learn a degree of female socialization, but you just listen to him and it's this mocking, shrill, sing-song warped echo of a girly voice - it's really quite striking when he's talking or appearing with literally any other woman. Ironically the one quality that might make him more palatable were he just a gay man is a huge disadvantage for him as a 'woman' because the discordance is impossible to ignore.
