RIA news agency said at least three people in camouflage clothing had opened fire at the Crocus City Hall, and that some people had been wounded.

Police had arrived at the scene, RIA said.

Video footage published on Russian social media channels showed chaotic scenes, with a large crowd of concertgoers attempting to flee the hall, followed by gunshots.

Other video footage showed a number of people lying motionless in pools of blood outside the hall

Reuters was unable immediately to verify the footage.

TASS news agency reported an explosion and a fire in the building where the shooting took place.

The Kommersant newspaper posted footage online showing smoke billowing from what it said was the concert venue building.

And I fixed it for you Wurmple. I'm doubtful Putin got what he wanted. He just wanted to protect the russians in Ukraine. I don't think he wants to expand past that. He was goated into this distraction because NATO expanded too far after 1992.
And as a result he gave NATO full control of the entire Baltic Sea up to the port of St. Petersburg and demonstrated what a paper tiger Russia's military actually is. Now instead of the 2nd strongest army in the world, it's the 3rd strongest army in Ukraine. Well, maybe 2nd again after Putin murdered Prigozhin and exiled Wagner forces to Belarus.

He even managed to get Finland to abandon its long-time neutral stance and join which is an unprecedented fuckup given how important its neutrality was for the Soviet Union during the Cold War. A total disaster in every single way and one that will harm Russia for decades to come.

those old AKs are the most produced rifle in human history, there's tons of them to be found in every country that was a part or an ally of the ussr, and tons more all across the middle east and africa because they were a huge export success too.
basically the gun says almost nothing about the attacker, pretty much every militant group on the planet could get their hands on these.
What I meant by that is that if this was in fact a false flag done by Russia or Ukraine or NATO or CIA or some other boogeyman of choice, you'd expect them to deliver better quality weaponry than old ass 7.62 AK's with bad ammo, no?
Total gun control would stop it perfectly.
How are you still alive despite being so stupid? Even with the most draconian gun laws terrorist can smuggle guns and commit attacks like this. Gun control only works on law abiding citizens and that's why every government in the world is pushing for it.

No, they're on Russia's side. There were even rumors of Ukies and the Azov Battalion putting pig blood and guts on their bullets.
No. Some are on Russia's side and some aren't. All the ones that joined al-Qaeda and went to Syria are obviously not on Russia's side, and quite a few of them ended up going to Ukraine.
Angry people from Armenia perhaps? They were a once firm ally of Russia but are now on bad terms since that whole annexation of Artsakh by Azerbaijan debacle last year where Russian forces were criticized for not helping the Armenians. They only have more and more reasons to be bitter to if recent news is to go by.

If angry Armenians were to go on any sort of attack I would be rather shocked if they did this instead of trying to kill Pashinoğlu.

War is so fucking awful, and it always hits you in weird little ways.
The other day I was watching Ukies kidnap people to take to the front lines and it made me worry about a youtuber I know of and hope he wasn't one of them.
Today it's this. For those people all they were doing was going to a concert. They were just living a normal day.

Which is another factor in me doubting this is a false flag

Putin aint some nietzschean mastermind supervillain. Hes just a generic third world dictator who owns a bigger and more nuke laden third world country, and has all the 4d chess mastery to match. False flagging islamists doing a terrorist attack as part of some complicated doublebluff ploy is not within his capabilities, with some of the more notorious false flags of the war (i.e. that one with the multiple fucking sims game discs) demonstrating this amply

I think those 7.62x39mm AK's that blast all that shit when firing would be the type of weapons you'd see in pro-Ukrainian propaganda saying that Ruzzians have shitty old equipment that doesn't work and are subhuman trash, so no they didn't have decent equipment. Niggers in Somalia use this type of old AK's to fight over an empty plot of sand.

Either someone took care to make the gayop look authentic by giving them old surplus AK's or this is a bunch of Islamists up to their usual shenanigans, but because it happened in Russia in these times everyone is looking for a mass conspiracy of false flags and WW3 provocations.
My money is on "Uncle Abdul's old reliable rifle"

I don't think it was a false flag either, even if this was the USSR at the heights of its power. The Chechens and other Islamic populations in Russia have been a long-standing source of problems when it comes to terrorism and jihadist activity. Really kicked off in the 80s with Afghanistan and the relaxation of the USSR's state atheism policies allowing mosques to proliferate like mushrooms after a rainstorm.

Depleting loyalist Chechens from Chechnya and sending them to Ukraine means more opportunities for terrorists and insurgents to take root there. Not everybody laid down arms and reconciled with the Russian Federation, the vast majority did but not all.

Find who did it and bring them to justice, and work to eradicate this group wherever they exist outside of Russia. I don't enjoy or celebrate seeing innocent people killed no matter what side they are on in any war.

Right before they cut to the breaking news of PRINCESS KATE one of the flacks/glowies said "In Soviet Russia, there are two questions: who actually did this and who is going to be blamed for it?"

They also said on the TV that Russian TV is not covering this live at all.

SWAN LAKE TIME.

Perhaps in hindsight it was not the smartest move to pay protection money to an autistic warlord to keep his fellow kebabs quiet and allow him a virtual islamist state within your state, and then spend two years throwing all his most loyal goons into the meatgrinder while letting the less loyal goons pick up all the weapons they could want and ideas on how to use them.

Total gun control would stop it perfectly. DNA checks built into every weapon, that would do it.

Buts its Russia. In my mind AKs are just strewn around the place. Quick walk into the forrest and you can pick up some cool cold war guns. Maybe a long walk would yield a HIND.
When the Russians captured the Soledar salt mine they found an old soviet storage bunker filled with Tommy Guns in their original shipping crates packed in wax paper and gunked up with cosmoline. There are probably hundreds of forgotten bunkers filled with guns on former soviet territory.

AK-47's aren't necessary old, nor is steel cased ammo 'bad'. Those may not even be AK-47s they could be AK-107s or one of the hundreds of guns based on the AK platform. They may not be shooting 7.62x39 at all and instead using 5.56 or 5.45.

Steel case ammo is reliable in 99% of guns, and any decent AK should be able to snack on steel cased rounds as that is what the Russian's have fed them forever. Have never seen brass ammo imported from Russia only steel cased on top of that. So I'd be surprised if there is much if any domestic brass ammo manufacturing in Russia.

This speculation about what AK and ammo type they are using is the answer to which glow op they belong to proves nothing. It's not like they were using Mosins.

Armenians are not attacking Rooshia
Meds, now.
I'm not going to die on a hill claiming they are, I am just putting forward the idea even if it isn't very likely. There is not much known about the identities and the motives of the shooters known right now in general. Lots of speculative talk is occurring for a reason.

All that can be said with certainty is that a lot of Russian civilians are injured or dead, some people shot them and that everyone is waiting for Putin to speak about the event.

People just seemingly forget the goat fuckers are still out there and cells are always planning attacks. The US had warned Russia of attacks weeks ago, Trump warned Putin back in 2018 of an attack on St Petersburg and it was stopped. People who cheer this on are fucking scumbags pure and simple. These are just people going about their lives and have nothing to do with the war going on.
