It probably didn't find any results (or any it thought were conclusive). It doesn't really have a giant database of things it knows, so much as it goes and does a Bing search and then bases its answer by writing something based on what it finds. For instance, I asked it to write a negative and then a positive review of In the Black and it did. Interestingly, requesting the positive review got ad links to buy it.
So it isn't prohibited from talking about Tomlinson, either positively or negatively.
Also when I asked it "is Patrick S. Tomlinson a good person" it refused to answer but "knew" who he was. It didn't mention any of the derogatory information, though.
