Personally, I agree. I've had interactions with people like Jessica. There's a book about BPD called 'I hate you - don't leave me.' There are criticisms of it, but the title has always stuck with me, because I think it's pretty bang on in some cases. I don't know if she has BPD, though - do you know if she's said anything about a diagnosis?

They're terrible, abusive people who want to hurt you, not specifically because they're sadistic, but they want you to have low self-esteem because they're afraid if you are confident and strong you'll realize you can do better than a psycho freak, and will have the gumption to actually do it.

Have you seen the gigantic list of Josh's "crimes" that gets spammed all over the internet? It has dozens of bullet points alleging serious crimes, all nicely paired with citations so you know it's true. There's truly horrific stuff in there -- multiple accusations of ongoing, current stalking; allegations that Josh threatened to rape his girlfriend Stephanie; that he forced himself on his girlfriend Summer; that he has sent unsolicited pictures of his dick to minors and much, much more. Only problem is that many of the accusations are baseless, with irrelevant citations attached or are wildly misrepresented.

I want to be clear, before I make a giant effort post refuting a lot of these bullet points that I don't think Josh is a good guy. There are a handful of things on the Shit List that are both true AND accurately described. I'm not going to try and defend him at all in these cases. However, and here's the truth of it dood, it's a handful of things. Out of dozens of serious, evil allegations only a few are true. 2024 Josh doesn't really deserve someone to go through and pick this list apart and again, I don't think Josh is a good guy, but I'm doing this for the goofy old Josh we all once knew and loved and in the hope that there's SOMETHING to refute the blatant lies that get spread on the subreddit.

If anything I post is wrong, please let me know, I don't want to unintentionally be as bad as these reddit creeps.

Admitted to sexually assaulting a female special needs student in middle school. He admits he grabbed her breasts, tried to kiss her, and masturbated in front of her without warning or consent. The girl was so ignorant to what was happening, and to what sex was in general, that her only response to Josh's actions was, “Make that white stuff come out again.” The girl's specific disability is unknown, but per Josh's own words, “She was special needs enough for people to notice” [1, 2].

Starting from the top, this is a serious and disturbing one, I'm not going to lie. I don't doubt Cobra on his word on what happened but I do think the author is deliberately obfuscating the fact that Josh was also in middle school at the time. This is not an example of sexual abuse, it's two special needs kids that hit puberty fooling around in the woods. Only an extremely autistic and socially unaware person would share something like this but hey, that's Josh for you. Truth Rating: 75%

• Is currently stalking a woman codenamed “LN”. LN has an active stalking order of protection against Josh [3]. Despite the order forbidding Josh from interacting with LN's immediate family [4], he has somehow managed to become good friends with LN's parents and regularly makes trips to their home in the hopes of catching LN by surprise [5, 6].
• Is currently stalking a female classmate from high school named Alicia. The stalking briefly ended when Josh was told by his father that Alicia passed away, but this turned out to be a lie that Clint perpetrated in an effort to curb Josh's behavior. A paypig would eventually disclose the truth to Josh years later, reigniting the stalking [7]. Josh once discussed a hallucination he had suffered where Alicia, walking hand in hand with her boyfriend, loudly proclaimed, “I feel bad about rejecting Josh in high school” [8, 9].
• Is currently stalking a woman named Felicia, whom he briefly interacted with in 2015 while she was working at Piercing Pagoda [10]. Josh purchased a pair of earrings from Felicia without saying a word while she was working the cash register. He still wears those earrings, “Every time I squeeze it [his earring], I can still picture her face” [11]. Josh has named two sex dolls after Felicia: full-size Felicia and fun-size Felicia. He eventually destroyed both sex dolls in two separate and unrelated instances of violent “sexual frustration” [12].

These are all pretty much the same, so can be addressed all at the same time. Josh isn't "currently stalking" any of these women. That's totally false. Ellen never had an order of protection against Josh, as alleged in citations [3] and [4]. In fact, citation [4] is literally a link to the form you would fill out with nothing related to Josh or Ellen at all. Josh hasn't been to Walt and Angies in about a year. In addition, Ellen hasn't lived at that house in years.

Similarly, he hasn't actively stalked Alicia since HIGH SCHOOL, more than ten years ago. His behavior was absolutely bad and inappropriate, but he was also a minor. He has mentioned her name about a dozen times in the past year, only in reply to trolls that bring her up. There's no evidence of active stalking at all.

From what I remember Josh never really even stalked Felicia. He absolutely mentioned her a bunch, and pined after her but he never went out of his way to contact her or meet her again, and as creepy as it is to name a sex doll after a person you had a random interaction with, he didn't name both dolls after her. His first doll was called "Queen Cobra." This doesn't matter, but is a good example of the original author's fact checking and lack of actual knowldge of Josh's past actions.

• Stalked a female coworker named Dani. They worked at The Office Bar together. Years after being fired from The Office, Josh was caught using a photo of Dani, on which he had drawn hearts, as his computer wallpaper [13].

Nothing Josh did toward Dani could be considered stalking. He was kept on a pretty short leash at the Office and frankly that computer wallpaper is so childlike as to be ridiculous. This entire allegation of "stalking" comes from a few contemporary mentions of a hot goth chick at his work and a harmless wallpaper picture. Truth Rating: 10% (he did have the wallpaper, that's true)

• Admitted to stalking and sexually harassing several women in high school [14].

This is true and he's repeatedly expressed regret for this. He was also a severely bullied, autistic minor when this happened. Truth Rating: 100%

• Commanded his “cult” to gang cyberstalk the YouTuber Gothic Dee until she permanently deleted her account [15].

Josh actively apologized for his troll's behavior and the original author would know this if they ever actually watched the video linked, notably it's not a timestamp of Josh saying "gang cybertalk Gothic Dee" because he never said or even implied that. Bitesize has covered this incident repeatedly and it was truly an example of Josh's trolls instigating drama between two extremely autsitic adults. Also, Gothic Dee "permanently deletes" her various accounts multiple times a year. Truth Rating: 0%

• Cyberstalked and harassed his ex-girlfriend Stephanie until she permanently deleted her YouTube account [16, 17].

One of the most ridiculous accusations here and the easist to disprove; one of the citations is a video explicitly telling people to leave her alone. In addition, Stephanie is back on Youtube and never "permanently deleted" her account. Truth Rating: 0%

• Has flashed viewers on YouTube and Facebook without warning, masturbated while video chatting with fans without warning, and sent unsolicited dick pics to fans as young as sixteen [18, 19, 20].

This is the sneakiest entry on the list, imo. Cobes has definitely whipped his dick out on stream and has been appropriately punished for it; but that second bit is a serious, major, prison time allegation and the original author states is like a fact. There's literally no evidence of it in any of the citations listed aside from a "donate to talk shit" in the first link. Random DTTS are not evidence, especially of serious crimes. This is a psycotic thing to allege about someone and would legally be considered libel. Truth Rating: 5%

Only the second citation shows him actually doxing, and that's a single person, not 70. IIRC he inadvertendly doxxed a bunch of people not out of malice but because he is metally regarded. Truth Factor: 0.01%

This one is true and was a really vile thing for Cobra to do. Truth Factor: 100%

I don't doubt that Cobes has done this, and it's very bad but the citations provided are about the opposite of what the OP claims. In the videos Cobra is talking about women checking his boner out while it's in his pants. Very distorted portrayal of reality with this one. Truth Factor: 5%
