Are you being honest with them about what is going on? Have they possibly offered you partial care services? They may be helpful for you. They tend to have groups that including drawing and such as well as therapy.

Sleep deprivation also worsens psychotic symptoms (sometimes they are irreversible.)
Either way, Emily needs to talk to a professional and get new medication, and have someone help her stick with taking them routinely.
The system is a failure because they have someone who cannot function as a human being live by themselves and on top of that, care for a pet.
Maybe the RO is a blessing in disguise, because if something happens and she gets to see possible jail time for violation (because we know she will), she might be given the basic care someone like her needs, AND she will be leaving people alone.
It won't be good quality care by any means, but better than what she has now.

Edit; Just so no one gets the wrong idea, I ain't defending her. I do not like her at all. I think she needs to be sent to a home without internet access, because that is where she belongs and she will most likely progress better in.
