You can make makeup too, at least the women do. Use coffee powder mixed w flour for concealer /foundation, use the dye from magazines rubbed off with a bit of spit for colour for lips and eyes, etc. Loads of things basically.
RE the troon being at a private hospital implying he's not leeching of the NHS - if only. Private hospitals often host certain NHS procedures now, at great expense.
