This stream has been so nuts...

Lance made a Twitter space, Meg joined and grilled Greg on why there is a Discord group that supposedly has "everyone in it" but she wasn't invited. She is apparently mad that everyone talks about "Friendtank" but she and Cole are excluded. Then she Markyposted and Lance kicked her out.

They got Crash in, Crash said Shinji "hadn't finished any of his final essays" and made it sound like he helped Shinji finish all his schoolwork for the semester? He's always so fucking bad at explaining himself. He said he hasn't really been in contact with Shinji at all just after this. And then he said that Shinji is having to cope with the fact most Chinese exchange students are fucking loaded and he is not and that his main struggle is having to be a not-wealthy exchange student which isn't a terribly sympathetic explanation.
He added that so far he tried to get Shinji a job with a guy who might sponsor his visa but that fell through, and that he actually tried to find him a girl to marry but that apparently also didn't work out.

Basic summary is she completely ignored Lance's response vid because she "didn't like his voice", and then contradicted herself shortly by saying who cares since she admits faking Lance's screenshots just to "prove a point". She then proceeds to triple down on the piss vid, the fans cutting themselves, and calling greg a pedo while saying she didn't know what the word "groomer" meant. All while high on new medication. There was more cope in her stream but stopped tuning in when she started playing music.

I know this has already been mentioned but, if Jet supposedly likes Shinji so much and wants him happy, and if Sam supposedly likes him enough to suggest doing a show together, why won't they sponsor an entertainer's visa for him? How likely would an O-1 or P-3 be if they gave enough of a shit? You could argue manzai-style comedy is of cultural value in Japan, just have him do it with Jimmy, he'd probably be more than happy to do it.

I think I said this in the Chat and not in the thread: there was a space the other day where Jimmy and Duany'ay were talking. Duany'ay asked Jimmy if he got the ~thing about the roles~ and Jimmy said he got it, and other speakers asked them to elaborate and Duany'ay said they're going to be in an "indie movie" and that they weren't particularly worried about secrecy. Duany'ay had previously mentioned deliberately hooking Jimmy up with some type of work.

There was also a funny moment when someone asked Duany'ay a question like "what makes a good freeloader" and he went "well I'll let Jimmy answer that actually" and Jimmy went "wait, why me" and Duany'ay went "because I don't know what to say, so you can start talking and then when I know what I want to say I'll piggyback off you."

yeah he genuinely does show the difference between an amateur and a professional. It reminds me of how some college basketball players can join some 3rd world basketball team and become the best player in the nation. Everything i've seen from him makes it seem like a minor league professional having to deal with dummies. his antics carried the show for awhile there.

I wonder how severe it actually it is, whether it's worse compared to other contestants or it's the cultural difference making it seem overwhelming for him.

Seems surprising that he would get it the worst of all people, considering he ostensibly was the most liked (or least hated) cast member while the show was running.
