Technically his next hard deadline he's not missed yet is his response for to the request for Writ of Certiorari at the Supreme Court. Everything else is still over due, but I am sure the Northern District of Florida is in no rush unless Hardin starts making demands for them to get things moving.
I think Hardin should get a bit pushy. Rusty needs a cattle prod on his ass for once in his life. He might :optimistic: realise this is serious, finally.

Look again

BREACH. Now we would all enjoy seeing Greer shot out of one of those circus cannons, but that's the wrong word.

Also, I see nothing here to indicate Hardin attempted to follow the local rules requiring him to attempt to converse with Greer about this motion before filing. Of course the motion is about Greer's failure to interact so I'm not sure Florida will care.

OH NO!!!!!! MR. HARDIN HAS DONE THE DOXXXXXXING! HOW COULD HE?

This is basically murder! BULLYING!
Interestingly, both of those addresses should bounce without the box number. But it's a private mailbox service so they'll probably know he's #420.
Looks like the proper format is either 4lines. Name, PMB #, Street Address and Suite. City/State/Zip. Or alternatively: Street Suite 123 PMB 456.
I don't think his provided "Suite 108420" is correct but the USPS address validator seems happy with it. It does kick out the "South Twain".

Sorry, grew up with family who worked for USPS. End sperg... for now.

Perhaps Russell Greer could afford his counsel if he moved to a lower cost of living residence, and because we're helpers here at the Kiwi Farms I do have suggestions:

Sure, there's not much room, but think of the location! Your mail can't get lost if you live in the gutters beside the post office. There's also always the classic...

Alright, a van down by a river might be too high class for Greer, but there's plenty vans IN rivers that are shockingly affordable if you can tolerate the work commute.

A real USPS P.O. Box is part of the address and delivery isn’t “final” as far as the post office is concerned until it is in the box (or a note saying get it from the desk and sign).

These private box places are nothing as far as the usps is concerned- they deliver to the address and let them sort it out.

Ouch! The plights and trauma lumps! I love Hardin for putting exactly who and what Greer is, in front of the Judge with his first motion. And clearly and succintly laid out why he is pulling no punches with the pro se retard. Along with rather cleverly pointing out that the 10th dumped this all in her lap rather than deal with it.

Oh and did anybody notice what Hardin is asking for? An In Person Scheduling Conference before the Court. Florida baby! Show up or shut up!

Russ's response is going to be completely unhinged.
