Mandalas are elaborate designs made out of sand that are then brushed away. They're only ever made to be erased, it's the entire point of them.

Posting a mandala with a countdown is saying "I tweeted this out because it's funny and true, but I will inevitably have to delete this before it goes viral". I think Contra knew it would get screenshotted but deleted it in under a minute and so assumed (incorrectly) that nobody would be able go nab an archive, so there'd be plausible deniability when the screenshot started circulating.

Sometimes, I forget I follow contra on an account out of morbid curiosity, but then I get annoyed at the inability to officially archive anything because of the penchant for posting and immediately deleting such gems... posted and deleted within a minute.

Tbh I think this is stupid and weird, it’s one thing to drunkpost and leave that shit up for a day or a week, then think better and delete. But posting it publicly, just to delete moments later?

Seems like it would be more secure for Nick to just get a composition notebook and write his gay, catty burns about Ollie in the notebook, instead of whatever this is supposed to be.

It’s even a little OOC, though it could be that Nick’s character has become corrupted. nick’s usually the “if you can’t say anything nice don’t say anything at all” school of mid Atlantic courtesy, and this is much more Real Housewives of YouTube.

Premature. This will go nowhere unless Contra divulges further, which seems unlikely to me given the impression that by purposefully only leaving up his snipe tweet for a handful of minutes, he's unseriously trolling and doesn't want to make a big deal out of it. Also better to feature Olly's thread than this one if things do actually blow up.

It does come across as petty and spiteful, but that's nothing new. If there's a real accusation of abuse Contra should just come out and say it, because otherwise this feels like someone seeing their ex doing well and deciding to cut them down. Still, I'm all about Breadtube drama.

It hardly takes any time at all to archive something, if that's true I have no idea why he would think that. You can archive pretty much anything as long as you do so right away.
