RU Shooting and blast reported at concert hall near Moscow, Russian agencies say - ISIS Claims Responsibility

March 22 (Reuters) - Shooting broke out at a large concert hall near Moscow on Friday, Russian news agencies quoted emergency services as saying.

RIA news agency said at least three people in camouflage clothing had opened fire at the Crocus City Hall, and that some people had been wounded.

Police had arrived at the scene, RIA said.

Video footage published on Russian social media channels showed chaotic scenes, with a large crowd of concertgoers attempting to flee the hall, followed by gunshots.

Other video footage showed a number of people lying motionless in pools of blood outside the hall

Reuters was unable immediately to verify the footage.

TASS news agency reported an explosion and a fire in the building where the shooting took place.

The Kommersant newspaper posted footage online showing smoke billowing from what it said was the concert venue building.

Torture is extremely unreliable and rarely gives actionable intel. People will lie and tell their torturers what they think they want to hear, just to stop the pain. At the end of World War II, after the U.S. dropped the first atomic bomb on Japan, the Imperial Japanese government took a captured American pilot and brutally tortured him for information about the American nuclear weapons program. But the guy knew absolutely nothing about the program; he was just a pilot and had no involvement in the program, which had been top secret prior to the bomb being dropped. However, he still told the Japanese a bunch of bullshit, such as that the U.S. had dozens of nukes (they didn't) just to make the torture stop. It wasn't till much later, when the guy was moved to Tokyo and interviewed by an actual nuclear physicist that the Japanese were able to ascertain that the guy had no information and knew nothing at all. When the physicist asked him why he lied, he told that he just said whatever it took to make the pain stop.

Besides 9/11, Russia has had the two biggest modern muslim terror attacks in their country. Not sure why you are pretending islamists don't dare attack Russia.

The truth is quite the opposite, as Russia has had little peace from the craziest ones down in Caucasus since Soviet fell apart.

Sure but who contacted them? Who paid them? Who told them where to go, and what to do? Who instructed them to flee to the Ukraine afterward?

It's like niggers in the US; they rob and steal all day, every day, especially from whites. But say if you're at war with a particular group of gooks and your house, out of all the other white's houses, some of whom everyone knows leave their doors unlocked while yours is always secured and locked and it's known you have gunz and aren't afraid to use them is broken into and things were taken. Then when you catch the niggers responsible with your shit, they tell you they were paid to do rob you. The first people you will look at are the gooks you're at war with. They have the opportunity, the means and most importantly, the motive.

I'm not sure why you dismiss the Ukraine's SBU since they have said, and keep on saying, they want Russian civilians to suffer, to die and to worry about terror attacks. They keep bombing the civilian areas of Belgorod, Donetsk and other Russian towns their missiles can reach. Conversely ISIS, ISIS-K or ISIS-BBQ have not made any similar statements or threatening operations in Russia or about killing Russians prior to 22 March 2024.

By the way, the "ISIS-K" statement that appeared afterward doesn't state these men were part of their organization or even part of any group associated with them it merely claims they were in solidarity with them or some shit, So again, I don't buy it because while possible, it's extremely unlikely.

the reason you wouldn't want your government to be allowed to torture prisoners is the same reason that you don't want your country to legally spy on you etc. Once they have the legal right there's no telling how far they are stretching and abusing that power. It might be you that's getting his ear cut off one day who knows.

I wonder if the Europeans here believe in proper law and order as it was practiced before the 1960s. I use the 1960s as a cut off since that is when the death penalty was being abolished in many parts of Europe.

Now some might say that it won't fully "deter" as if that is the point. Still got to get rid of the ones from the gene pool that broke the law.

Setting having governments accountable to their people to enforce borders, then this would have not been an issue.

The problem is that "torture" or "cruel and unusual punishment" is defined differently to a lot of people.

For the average third worlder, they must see the Russian police as being too polite given the suspects are not missing legs or fully disappeared by being dumped into an acid bath.

For the average Western shitlib, pursuing an armed suspect is considered torture or cruelty.

It's up to societies to hold their government to account on that part. Over where is the leeway and where is the redline.

Everything past this point in your post is conjecture based on what you want to be true and I have no doubt you'll make it your life's mission to perpetuate a western/Ukrainian connection irrespective of what actual concrete facts come to light.

This thread is thirty-eight pages long, This is my fifth post, and the last few have been replies to butthurt niggers like you who keep pushing a questionable narrative with scant evidence because you hate Muslims, Russia and/or believe Ukrainians are brave freedom fighters who only want to live in peace and build a better society but mean old Russia won't let them.

When the facts do come to light and Russia presents proof your precious Banderites were behind it (with help from American and/or British/French/German/Polish glowniggers) I'm 100% sure you'll accept it and move on. Anyway sure I could accept that outcome, though truthfully I doubt it will ever be proven to be the case without Russia resorting to spurious or circumstantial evidence. It just makes more sense that Putin would have orchestrated this or at the very least let it happen, rather than anyone else given he's the only one who actually gained anything from its outcome.
